The customer service I received here had been OK until I was in a situation where I had to file bankruptcy then it became sub par. I filed and decided to keep the car I had through them and auto city to keep making my payments. My account was flagged and from then on any question I had needed to go through their lawyer. Even simple questions, for example I had an accident and the person who ran into me was at fault their insurance took liability and were sending me a check, so I called to see the process for getting the car fixed...you need to call the lawyer. Last straw with their silliness. So for this issue of poor customer service I decided to include the car in my bankruptcy to give their car back. I don't feel I received the best customer treatment after finding out I filed, but as long as my payment posted all was good. If you have a problem with talking to me as a customer also have a problem taking my money. It wasn't as though I wanted to have to file bankruptcy. Your employees and process made a bad situation worse. Thank you Virginia especially. In the future know life happens and somethings are out of our control. Treat others as you want to be treated.
