The gripes that I have really don't pertain this actual location....I got my vehicle from Easy Credit....I paid quite a lot (over 17 thousand) for a 2001 vehicle but I looked at it as a good boost to my credit...which after I paid it off didn't do much to my credit!!
Within the first 2 years my vehicle had to be put in the shop 3 times. Two of those times were for the same issue which Easy Credit repair shop did. And I never was able to get a loaner vehicle...keeping in mind this is a car lot. I noticed the last time someone had a great time driving my vehicle around because ALL the gas was gone and A LOT of miles were put on my vehicle! I think I still have the pics to prove it. Yet I was told there was nothing they could do about it.

However, the ladies in the Concorde office on Buckner had always been nice and professional. My case handler was always helpful. I had a very hard year last year and she did all that she could to assist me with payments so that I wouldn't lose my vehicle. She worked with me on the repair payments. I really and truly appreciate her for EVERYTHING!!!
I'm looking forward to getting another vehicle.....that beautiful blue Chrysler 300 is calling my name!
