Be very careful if you work as a contractor for Concord they ask for work and then they said that nobody is responsible, I have more than $20,000 dlls on invoices and the Manager throw the ball to the office and the office vice versa to the Manager, call the office and Nima, Moshe and Joe ( they said is the CEO ) never at the office. I'm located in Dallas and I worked for Heaven Apartments, East Town Apartments and Oasis Apartments. I have left messages and nobody call back super rude makes you feel bad asking for your own Money.

Now this has to be the biggest joke. I see that they write their own reviews, the owner, the brother and a few employees. Your brand should be able to stand on its own and not resort to fabricating your own reviews to drive business.

I would never recommend you rent or even work with these people. They don't pay their bills and burn every bridge they've. I had the displeasure of doing work with them and the level of arrogance from the owner to the senior level managers is unbelievable. They find every way to not pay you and when yo complain they just ignore your calls.

I've had a few friends that worked for Concord and they all said it was the worst work experience they ever endured being at Concord. If you are considering this company, don't its not worth the hassle and unprofessional ism that comes with this company.

I can't even give them one star, its that bad... good luck

So here we are, mid summer in July, a pademic afoot, with everyone telling us to stay home. When, uh oh, the freakin air conditioner breaks. Better call, a repairman, but oh wait, Concord real estate does not want to, why? Because they are selling the place soon. To make matters worse, they never pay their bills. So they couldn't get a repairman out here anyway. The sleaziest, most horrible disgusting vile company ever. GOD, My poor cat. You should be shot.

Concord is not your average boring real estate company! A great team of people with a fresh and new approach to all your real estate needs.
If you're looking for something different let the Concord family show you the future of real estate. Everything you need is under one roof!

Do not waste time with this low poorly managed company. The apartment you are applying for might already be rented and you will waste time and money. Look elsewhere.

The elevator is always down or slams although it doesn't slam at the moment. The walkway gate to the parking is off. It seems like a lot of safety hazards are present

Come to find out my apartment unit needed adjustments to meet LA Safety codes. They attempted to make repairs to bring the property up to code (the only way I know this is because the City left a document taped to the front door of the building. Otherwise I would not have known why Concord wanted to enter my home to make "necessary repairs" in my apartment.) Basically, their communications with their renters is very poor. To top it off, I came home to a hole in the ceiling, a non-working fan, dirty palm and fingerprints on my wall, and dust and debris on my belongings with no note or follow-up as to when they would finish repairs or clean up after themselves. If I were to rent again, I would seriously reconsider renting from Concord. Simple explanations and consideration of their renters property would go a long way in improving their customer service.

UPDATE: After leaving this post they promptly repaired my home a swept up the debris. I've been informed that they will improve their communications with their residents in the future. We shall see.

Concord Real Estate Services is a group of professionals who are not only passionate about real estate but are great at it too! Highly recommended.

If I could give zero stars that would be more appropriate. The apartments Concord manage on Saticoy in North Hollywood are severely Roach and Ant infested. After several weeks of being bitten by red ants finally the apartment was treated but the roaches arent going anywhere, treatment does nothing.
The roaches are in the walls regardless how clean you are they are numerous. I will have to trash all my belongings to avoid moving roaches to my new home. I also have cheap metal blinds that are damaged, i asked for them to be replaced and I cant even get a response. Dont waste your time moving here.

Do not use them if you are a property owner and avoid entering into a lease where these guys are the management company. I rented WeHo 1 bedroom condo through these guys for a little over a year. The main contacts were Tim Heiselmoyer and Avi Kram.

It was constant, repeated follow up on items that shouldn't have been something a tenant had to worry about and that they have to do BY LAW. Currently, it's been over a month since the end of lease and NO security deposit. That's illegal. And what's even more ridiculous is I had a full conversation with Tim re: when I would get it back and disputing the fact that they were apparently just going to deduct from the deposit w/o telling me why or breaking down the reason/evidence for the deducts (yet another potential legal violation). That's the worst offense but it's just not a good place to live under their management b/c you have to constantly follow up about things -- it's so much extra work with no results sometimes.

More examples:
(1) repeated follow up for a copy of my lease, (2) no AC (even though a portable unit was promised when I was entering into the lease, (3) failure to get on the HOA to repair a leak over my parking space for over a month, (4) non-response to basic questions, which included a concern over unsafe CO2 levels due to trying to use the wall heater 1X only to have my CO2 alarms, (5) no repair of broken and damaged blinds for the MAJORITY of my tenancy.

A dishonest company. I paid a fee to have my rental application reviewed and was told by Christopher Aguire that I was approved and he would contact me right after speaking with the owner by the end of the day. I never heard back from this guy for two days and then requesting a co-signer based on my credit. After seeing my credit the day he told me I was approved. They are a joke and do not help you find apartments. I was then contacted by a Arica who told me if I leave any bad reviews then I would be sued. This people were beyond ridiculous.

Concord is a professional company with well managed apartment communities. If you come across a Concord managed property you won t be disappointed with the level of customer service.

There are property management companies that respond to maintenance requests on time, that send maintenance firms that show up on time, that use quality workmanship so your bathroom sink doesn t fall off the wall and lay in disrepair for 10 days.

This is not one of those firms. In the end I was somehow charged a damage assessment for the fact that their faulty workmanship caused the sink to fall off the wall? Get outta here.

Save your money and stress and find an ethical, responsive property management company. This is not one of them.

Well let s start off with who gave me a lease. I don t think it was an actual leasing agent. On their website the man that signed me, David, is construction management. Obviously it seemed like he didn t know what he was doing and didn t tell me until I was there in the office that I had to move my move in date. He also left out a huge piece of information. When I booked a viewing appointment I said my original move in date. When I was shown it I told the building manager, and it wasn t until after he handed me the lease that he said I couldn t move in unless I move it. I would have liked an actual agent to help me through this process. Moving is stressful and hard as is. I should have followed my gut. Finally moved in but no mailbox key. My card info got stolen and I really needed to open my box. After 3 weeks of trying and reaching out I got a key. I HAD to wait that long. I had one more issue and it just seemed like I was talking to a robot. Overall I think more communication and training is needed. Their motto says something about a smooth transition. Just in my experience it has not been one. You won t get answers or you at least have to ask 3 or 4 different people and there is a possibility you will get one, maybe. After a year ends I m done with this company and it s only been one month. Biggest mistake. Read reviews people! I was an idiot and did not. Oh how I wish I had. Trash company.
