I don't recommend it

Bought a car here 1 year ago, I immediately found problems with the shock absorbers, called immediately 2 weeks after they had delivered me the vehicle and after leaving the car in the workshop for 1 week their response was: the noise you hear is the hatbox of the trunk that makes a noise when it takes a hole (the noise is metallic). Now the car is still 8 years old I don't want it to be perfect but at least I don't have it with the shock absorbers to replace, as it is in the Audi Prima Scelta program. And when I went to see the car I realized that the window regulator button was broken, I was promised that the piece would be replaced, which at the pickup was confirmed the replacement, it cost 100 they told me, pity that after 2 weeks it returned as before, replaced 3 days ago by a friend of mine I discovered that they did not replace it but arranged so that it lasted until they sold it to me.
Not recommended for buying used cars.

N.B. luckily I checked the engine oil a month later because the car was delivered with the coupon made by them and I had to remove half a kilo of oil!

Bad experience, little respect for regular customers, my girlfriend was left without a car outside the dealership gate because they could not make an invoice and therefore give her back the car. I want to clarify, invoice for a tire change from a few euros. We have been customers for 7 years. Without words.

YOU HAVE LEFT A GIRL WITHOUT MONEY OR MOBILE PHONE ON THE STATION, you have not given her back the car for an invoice of 28 euros and you have totally disinterested in how she would have come home. After many years I went back to buy from Dorigoni, a Multivan and a Caddy for meeting a very good seller. After a few months the Caddy has a particularly noisy fuel pump problem. After hearing one of the mechanics, you agree with the problem I have highlighted. He directs me to acceptance where a rather arrogant boy tells me that I have to leave the car a whole day to check if the pump is to be changed under warranty and possibly another 1 or 2 days to get the piece to come and change it. It seemed so much and I asked why. The answer was that it takes half a day to remove the rear seats (!!) and then for the possible reassembly or if to change wait for the pump to arrive. I pointed out that I use the car every day etc. for work and to recover 3 children but there was no direction, adamant and appointment in 40 days without appeal. I resolved by going to another dealer who in one morning completed everything by agreeing on the times with a normal efficiency that I would expect from those who have a minimum of reasonableness. Needless to say, I ended up with them despite anything they can write in response to this review.

I arrived because of an engine alarm during a trip. The service was TOP for an unexpected arrival

Unfortunately you can not put zero stars ... hallucinating experience. We had a job done and asked for a disproportionate amount with a series of related problems that I don't tell (never happened things like that in my whole life). Two months later we had to bring the vehicle back in place (obviously from another mechanic) and we discovered that the work had been done badly and we risked breaking the changed part. So other expenses and inconveniences.
Strongly discouraged. They are highly incompetent and rather rude. They ask for crazy figures for cabbage jobs! I will never set foot on it again. Shameful!!!!
