I have been reading some of these for the past couple of months and there should be moderators on hand that take out stupid reviews (ones with no comments) and obvious petty feuds between people and not the actual service provided. Also making stupid comments about a place being busy at Christmas time is just plain idiotic but still google accept these as trusted reviews from people they have never met. Negative reviews ruin peoples livelihoods.

As a Business owner I am very disappointed with the Google my bussines service since they gave us a negative comment about a supposed person who works here, also providing data that has nothing to do with the business but rather a personal problem that has had with another person outside the company.
