Super cute cafe right in downtown Canmore. Great variety on the menu and everything was really fresh. Good portions for the price as well. The blueberry ice tea was lovely, and I liked the smoked salmon/avocado toast I had as well. Nice and bright, lots of seating, and nicely decorated. Friendly staff too.

Fantastic healthy food that tastes great! Got the yoga bowl with avocado and couldn t be more pleased!

Was there for breakfast today no line and not very busy. 3 staff members standing around chatting.
Ordered a berry crumble and breakfast burrito. Took over 25min for them to eventually make it.

Terrible experience, slow service and snotty front staff that talked behind my back for asking how much longer until food arrives.
First and last time going. Will go to Harvest or Rocky Mountain Bagel next time. I highly recommend both of those places for a fast, quick, yummy breakfast!

You can't pass through Canmore without going to Communitea Cafe. Amazing selection for vegans on the menu, quality ingredients and delicious food! Easy ordering process with Covid and lots of outdoor seating. I look forward to when they have soup again because it's always fantastic! I only get to visit a few times a year but they never disappoint. Highly recommend to anyone looking for healthy and delicious food in Canmore; don't even consider going anywhere else!

Fantastic place. We went twice! The teas are very good, and the food was excellent. I highly recommend the Nori Wrap with smoked salmon--delicious. My wife really liked the Buddha Bowl. Worth a stop!

4 meals were $75. I thought it was a bit pricey, but the food was good and I was FULL. I had the Pad Thai bowl (which I recommend) but it was a little lacking in spice. Was very flavourful. The big guy (maybe manager) was regularly wiping down tables and touch points. Was nice and Clean.

A must choose stop if you are passing through town or there to vacation. Amazing food and drinks, but more importantly a real hub of the community, featuring event boards that allow you to keep a finger on the pulse of the community.

Healthy, Great food. Kids play area too. This place put the charming city of Canmore over the top as a place my wife would want to live.

Great Food. I love the Pad Thai. Service is just OK, not great. Expect long waits at lunch time.

Expensive. Had to wait over an hour for the food because of a power outage. But the food was excellent and the manager was kind enough to give free drinks for the wait.

The food here is always amazing. The tea and snack options are plentiful and delicious. The vibe is relaxed and the staff are friendly. Highly recommend for anyone who loves great food for breakfast or lunch!

Tried the soup if the day and a wrap. Was so good that I came back the next day and got the yoga bowl. Great spot with fresh dishes

Ordering process not set up will for covid. People bottle neck at the main entrance looking at menus (you can scan code for menu as well and order online). Long weekend crowds likely overwhelmed things. We stood where they had plants spread out for social distancing but got kicked out because too many people we in the cafe at once. Apparently only 8 at a time but we did not see signs and no employees were controlling flow. A lady came out and removed people and seemed agitated. We didn't order, too stressful and went to a restaurant across the street.

They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner (but they do close at 7pm).

Lots of vegan options from baked goods to meals. Really love their rice bowls. There's a variety of toppings and the sauces are delicious. The coffee's are good and they have an enormous selection of teas.

There is indoor and outdoor seating. This place is popular though so be prepared to wait in line for lunches - it's well worth it though and the line moves quickly.

As I sat here enjoying my americano starring at my date square so very hungry I tried my best to hold back because I had the "breakfast burrito" on it's way(or so I thought). I wanted to write this review based on the timing of food delivery. My goodness is it worth the wait though. The flavors of the mornings breakfast were top notch! Delicious must be house made hummus. Although the wait time was a bit long and my breakfast wasn't hot, the flavors still pulled through for a 4/5. I never write reviews but if communitea can fix this one hiccup they'd get 5 from me. Nice work on flavour!

There are many customers, meals are fast, and seats are many. The coffee tastes delicious without bitterness.

Really cute cafe! We both had a very tasty smoothie bowl for breakfast. They are a very kid friendly place - there's a corner with toys and they provide free diapers if you forgot yours. I would definitely go back! The service was quick and the staff were friendly.

So much tea, great atmosphere & good food. It's always so darn busy so it isn't our first choice but, it's a good one.

Sooo fresh and tasty. Sometimes your body just needs some veggies and healthiness! It's places like this that make me contemplate becoming a vegetarian. Also... I devoured this entire bowl and it was quite generous with it's portion.

We ordered the Gourmet Egg, ham, cheese panini and single Pacific Toast.

Both really good. I wasn't expecting much, lots of places have ham egg cheese panini s... But this one was the best I've had.. EVER.

Pacific was also great, none of the plates too salty, very well balanced. Not to mention tasty coffee.

Would come back again. =]

Great food! I just wish the wait wasn't so long because I've always enjoyed the food here however for what it is, I'd appreciate service to be faster. Maybe they can prep more things beforehand? But still great food!

I always go here at the end of my Canmore trips. Service has never been great, the tea and food is good and the atmosphere is lovely.

Amazing veggie options. Love coming during the weekday for breakfast. The big breakfast bowl with a maple latte is delicious.

All of our food was so good. Kids were totally occupied playing in the kids area while we waited for the meals. Kids grilled cheese portions where massive. Popcorn was amazing! Wanted to try so many other things on the menu. Even all the pre prepared protein balls etc under the glass looked really good.We'll be back for sure. Seating was a bit tight where we ended up but it was manageable. Food was a little bit of a wait but nothing too long. We arrived a little before lunch which was good as it started to get enough busier during peak lunch time. Also really liked the atmosphere and general decor.

My favourite stop in Canmore! Bright, open space with a great variety of healthy menu options. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They also have the best latte in town!! It can get quite busy but it's worth the wait.

We held Social Media for Breakfast at Communitea this morning. The staff went over the top to ensure we had everything we needed to support the 40 small business owners who were coming to participate. A big thanks to Marnie, Dallas and his team!

Really excellent, I recommend it very, very strongly. We tried the turkey sandwich, a salad bowl, and two kids' menus (quesadillas and grilled cheese) and each was delicious.

I am always leaving this place energized and satisfied by their homemade vegan breakfast/brunch option. This is a gem of a cafe in Canmore. Keep up the good, health work

Great spot! cozy and great service. Had the yoga bowl and phad thai both very tasty.

The Communitea Cafe made 2 very good cappuccinos (tricky little drink this is and it if done properly it tells you how much the cafe or the barista cares about your experience).

The drinks were the proper size and temperature (drinkable and not like other larger chains make it). The interior of the cafe is modern and there's plenty of space. The seats along the windows are great to spend a few minutes to watch pedestrians or enjoy the views.

The food selection seemed plentiful, but we didn't eat. A couple next to us got a french press of tea which looked delicious.

Communitea Cafe is an adorable, charming and friendly cafe in Canmore. During a recent visit to the Rockies in September 2020, I ate here nearly every day (sometimes twice a day)! Their menu is amazing and features a variety of healthy, creative and nourishing bowls, lots of teas, etc.. Items that are gluten free and vegan are clearly marked and there are options to make anything vegan on the menu with substitutions.

Due to the pandemic, the cafe is only open for take-out and patio seating at the moment (no indoor seating). The online ordering system was very efficient and smooth. I liked that the take-out containers were compostable.

I tried the Buddha Bowl, Yoga Bowl and Kale Caesar Salad during my visits and loved all of them. Such delicious and unique flavours and packed with wholesome ingredients. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, it would deserve it. Fantastic and cute little cafe and I will continue to eat here on future travels.

I used to think that healthy food were usually blend and awful but this restaurant has shown otherwise. Not only their food is healthy but it is very delicious.

Came here for brunch. Had the vegan breakfast bowl and it was delicious and filling. Also had a scone and a latte and they were enjoyable as well. The restaurant felt clean and open, but also cozy and inviting.

Excellent cafe with plenty of vegan friendly and healthy option. The peanut energy balls is one to die for, it was one of the best things that I have had. The place really do care about the environment, I was particularly impressed to see tree fee added to my bill as I requested items togo. The place also has a cozy feel and a great place to sit, relax and spend some time.

Loved it last time we went. Now I'm back in canmore and that's where I intend to go for breakfast every morning.

Nice vibe. I really liked the chairs. The design had them looking like white trees. The staff was helpful in selecting what I wanted. I had a delicious and healthy turmeric tea.

Very nice place with interesting and original meal options. Many vegetarian options too. Absolutely enjoyed my beets sandwich with iced tea. They also have a cool merchandise inside. I recommend this place for all who want to get a nice meal or a coffee/tea in a very relaxed atmosphere.

We ate breakfast every day during our stay in Canmore at Communitea. Their food was incredibly tasty - and it s an added bonus you can place your order online the day before.

Great coffee and cakes and a relaxed atmosphere. Loved the lounges where we could have the kids and not worry about disturbing the 'adults' on the other side of the divider! A small kids play area rounded out the experience and everyone was happy and relaxed!

The food is good, fresh and clean. Not hidden in unknown sauces... the desserts are holding back the fifth star. I'm confident they can get there with just a bit more effort.

Cute setup, food was all healthy and delicious! First avo toast I've ever tried was killer.
