My company Castle Windows uses Comtec for our phones and networking This week we experienced a power outage that lasted nearly 24 hours as well as Comcast interruptions. Through the whole process of trying to figure out how to get us back up and running and our phones working Comtec provided nothing but exemplary service. I would be remiss if I did not mention Joe Cangialose by name. He responded to our initial email and through the entire process to answer his phone every time we called.
I love working with Comtec for all of my low voltage and IT needs! Mike, Will, Rob, JJ, Don, Janet and the rest of the staff gets the job done right from the start. I can't say enough good things about Comtec
