A while ago Not provide good Customer service but now they are doing good job and now Good Customer service provided

Staff is rude and always coming late. Not at all good service provided to the customer.

Dont think to buy any vehicle from this dealer. They are killer not a dealer. You cannot sleep easily when you buy any vehicle from their. They literally didn't give answer to customer. Always give you some delivery/service date that never ends. tarikh pe tarikh tarikh pe tarikh..

This is pathetic service centre. I went to showroom to purchase TVS Jupiter and paid the all the payment in advance. During the time of delivery , They tried to give me used jupiter which had scratches and damage part on left side. I argued a lot to convince them. I had to visit personally to their showroom at YMCA club to get the Jupiter. I would never recommend anyone to go with this showroom. It was terrible experience. They do not have genuine dealership authority as their main agenda to run the business is to bluff the customers.

Highly Unprofessional sales staff simply don't care for what customer is asking and finance schemes changes hourly as per there explaination which is completely lame excuse. Anyways went to book TVS Jupiter but due to highly Unprofessional response simply cancelled to buy from them. And writing this review is also waste of time as I guess Oceanic Motors does not care for such reviews :)

Third class service. Glass was damaged. Washing was not proper.

TVS Jupiler is too much better then activa and access, request to reduce waiting time for service vehicles

Google plz add zero rattling for this kind of dealer....its very worst and third class experiences at 2nd time the 1st time experience was same... nd again worst experience... i had service my Jupiter grand zx and i had mention all complaint in job card but not single complaint solved only vehicle wash finish they called me ut vehicle is ready i asked they called people my complaint was solved he assured me yes but when i trial my vehicle its same condition before i put in service..... i complain again they floor staff but he told me its good.... they never understood what is the service....over all im not suggest to any one

Price rate of bike is very high and srivace center is not good only one man in sales staff name change to sai tvs

First thing first, this showroom is not closed and they have a huge stock of every TVS two wheeler.
I purchased my RR310 from them and got the delivery on 22.08.2020.
The staff is professional and the directors themself ensures proper services to customers. I had a great experience buying from them and will recommend this to every one.

Worst experience with representatives in the morning when I went to give in service don t have manner how to speak with customers.

Good experience. My bike steering lock not working. Went walk in and they repaired it within 10 minutes. No charges taken.

very worst experience I have got in Oceanic Motors. I have bought two wheeler before 6 month and I didn't get my number plate yet. "Just because of careless staff." Once you booked your vehicle and pay the money. they are not taken care of there customer even they are not receiving call and giving proprer answer. Today I went to RTO and I get my number plate within 1hour and their staffs speak lies with me since last 6 month. I highly recommand you don't prefer Oceanic Motors for two wheeler.

Minus 5 i will rate if i can..................We had really BAD Experience in our life....even after repair our vehicle didnt start... then after too much difficulty it started then on the way it stopped....when we called them to come and help they refused....then we dragged to the showroom...it took 2 hours to fix the battery problem which they cant locate....pathetic service....

Must visit if you are planning to buy new vehicle as good discount and proper color varient available, also trusted and genuine parts and service with experienced and skilled technicians.

IF YOU TAKE AMC THEN THEY WILL NOT GIVE IMPORTANCE TO YOUR VEHICLE.
AND THEY GIVE THE SCOOTY WITHOUT DOING ANY SERVICE.

The representative Sagar Agarwal is illmannered and doesn't have any respect to speak with the customers. Moreover, the center doesn't treats the customers well for after sales service. The rep. Sagar Agarwal is rude, doesn't know how to speak properly. We went for our monthly service for jupiter grande at the center and the rep did not speak to us properly. He doesn't have proper customer service manners.

Taken Jupiter in the month of July 2019. Till date not received the RC book in spite of several reminders . This is what we are looking after sales.

I bought TVS JUPITER white service was excellent all documents they gave me time to time and also product service is also good. If i forget service of my scooter then oceanic tvs always call before servicing my scooter its was very good service from Oceanic... Thanks to Oceanic they provide me same service in future..

I gave my bike for service, the back light said to fix it, it was not working, the back light was fixed

But the front brake failed and the battery went down

If one works, then two do the wrong.

These guys are really good. Make sure you count a number of issues of your vehicle very clearly before you deliver to the workshop. Rest is all good.

The worst service experience ever after purchase. The staff is really untrained and in professional. They dont know how to deal with customer even. Even I found government office working much better than this
