I have been waiting for one week an appointment date for repairment of my Samsung washing machine. I have been sending mails, I am calling but nobody is interested in. I have two children, can you imagine that without a washing machine? I am really in a mess situation.

The laptop was given under warranty to the mediamarkt with a fan problem. It turned out that the mediamarkt has sent a laptop to the "official" HP service, which is comserve. Repair was done on time and that's it when it comes to positives. Laptop less than a yearold, used and kept in good conditions was returned in an awful state. The lower case was pulled by force instead of using a tool designed for that. Plastic is discolored at overload points, screws wrongly screwed in, not quite deep. They stick out and scratch the surface on which the laptop is placed. Screws heads are toured and it is not possible to take them out. One of the rubber foot is missing from the bottom. Second one glued bad. No quality at all. They should be ashamed for something like that. If I would do service like that, I would be fired same day. This company is a JOKE. Good-looking laptop has become scratched junk that lost value.
Had to wait 3 months for my laptop to arrive for repair to start
I send there phone to repair and they lost it. After to weeks they found it. I took it back from them and I must pay for that because they don't want to gave me phone back. Never again totally disaster. On the end I hear "good luck with your phone" and laughing.
Long wait time and overpriced. If your product doesnt fall under the warranty visit your local repairshop and get it repaired there instead.
