We have been using Ceequel time & attendance and access control for three years and we are very happy.
As all staff now clock in and out using their fingerprints we can instantly see who came in on time, who was late and who is absent. Our security has improved greatly as we can also see which employees entered which doors, at what time and how long they stayed there. We can even restrict access according to shift patterns!
The software also has just one database. We can control our access doors using the time and attendance system which means that we only have to enter our rules once and everything is updated! In addition, every time an employee uses one of the access control doors, our fire register is automatically updated.
Ceequel employee self service saves HR so much time. Up to date information is available instantly on the time and attendance database, including all booked holidays and everyone s unused days. No more written holiday request forms or keeping check of everybody s holiday quotas.
Staff log in to their own self service accounts & send requests directly to line managers.
The system even makes sure that holidays can t be double booked by people in the same department & stops employees even sending requests if less than two weeks notice is given.

We previously used a comapny that was poor on customer service and the system never worked. We decided to give Elf a call and they knew our needs and fulfilled our requirements. The engineers were helpful and polite and the customer service is fantastic. We re due our expansion and to be completed in the near future and will certainly be contacting Elf to expand our systems
