Recently I had the dreaded situation of smashing my iPhone screen. I claimed through my insurance who put me in touch with CAD. They contacted me the same day and arranged for DPD to collect my phone the following morning. From there I was kept up to date with tracking information. Unfortunately, it was not possible to repair the screen on my iPhone but I was sent a new handset in under a week. Very pleased with the service I have received.

Disgraceful service. I called them after they had my Apple watch for several weeks folowing a John Lewis warranty repair. The advisor I spoke to was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional (they actually hung up on me when I told them the service was unaceptable). This should have been a clean-cut replacement and instead they have dragged it out, failed to update me and left me without my device for weeks. I will be submitting a formal complaint to John Lewis - they really shouldn't be using sub -standard suppliers who tarnish their reputation.

Harminder is amazing, he always fixes the problem and his team are very efficient. everything gets done really quickly and there isn't the usual 'computer speak' when they talk to you its very no nonsense, and if they can get it fixed for free they will. DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Excellent service from this company, an approved Apple service centre, my 2016 Macbook Pro with Touchbar had the dreaded sticky keyboard issue, the keyboard and associated parts were replaced by Harminder, a very pleasant and helpful guy, who kept me informed throughout the process, I had the Macbook back within the week, looking like new again, excellent service, cheerful, pleasant, knowledgeable staff. thoroughly recommended, Gold Star!

Good communication via email with technician who fixed my daughters Apple laptop. Kept updated with progress and issues arising such as delay in parts supply. Notified when item being returned which was protectively packaged to prevent damage. Repair was good and laptop cleaned to good standard. Would recommend to other users.

I have to say, the service we received from Cad 20...

I have to say, the service we received from Cad 2000 was nothing less than an amazing blessing. Big love to Sunil for his generosity in helping out Wycombe Youth Action a local independent Youth Charity with a free upgrade from 8GB to 16GB with no complication and even replaced the IMAC Screen at no extra labour cost. If you want trustworthy technicians who go above and beyond to help their clients then you must give the CAD guys a go.

Great Service & Team!
I had my mac book's broken screen repaired by CAD through my insurer.
Harminder and his team were very helpful and prompt with communication.
Specially when I received my fixed laptop back with the dent on the body, unsure how or when it happened Harminder was very attentive and understanding and quickly got it fixed and laptop completely refurbished within a week!
It's been a few weeks since I've been using my laptop and it still feels like it's fresh out the box..
Professional, responsive, friendly and trust worthy service.

Was having a problem with two keys on my trusty 20...

Was having a problem with two keys on my trusty 2012 MacBook Pro. Searched on authorised Apple repair outlets on the official Apple Site. CAD was close geographically. (Slightly odd location in a residential shopping parade - but don't be put off - these guys are super efficient and know their stuff). New Keyboard required. Harminder ran the job very professionally. Great communication, done - with new battery included - within 24 hours. Service with a smile. Deserve their 100% rating.

Just a brilliant all-round service for (my iMac). Harminder is a genius and I'm sure has his own fan club lol - has fixed both HD failure and more recent Apple O/S issues, quickly and for a very good price, restoring back to a 99% level. Parking can be an issue sometimes, but wouldn't go anywhere else for any Mac related issues.

Called and spoke to Harminder to book my Macbook in for a screen replacement. I received an email immediately afterwards confirming everything. Once dropped off it was ready to be collected again within 24 hours. Fantastic service and as an added bonus they even gave it a really good clean. Would highly recommend and I will be using CAD again in the future.

Able to diagnose, repair and return a fully functioning MacBook in less than 7 days. The returned MacBook was fully functioning (replaced battery) and looked as good as new. Also friendly and knowledgeable service. Easy parking outside the shop but suggest missing busy times (nearby school makes the store less accessible at drop off and pick up times).

Took my Mac to CAD with a broken screen and mouse pad. They investigated the fault quickly and wrote a full report within 24 hours on what needed fixing and how much it would cost. In the end they recommended it would be a better option to buy a new replacement model. Despite not paying for any service from CAD, their response times, advice and honesty was first class and would highly recommend them to others.

My late 2009 27" iMac was upgraded with a 1TB solid state drive (SSD) and an 8GB increase in memory (RAM). Brilliant job well done. A quick efficient informative service with no concerns about security of the equipment or the information it contained.
My computer came back with all software and files in place as it left me, operating as expected..... responding a lot quicker.
A great service with some nice people.

Would not recommend this company at all my iPhone ...

Would not recommend this company at all my iPhone was sent in for a repair through John Lewis warranty I had to send it to them twice and saying no fault found on diagnostics but am getting problems on the handset receiver speaker on phone calls but they are not allowed to make phone calls so how can they diagnose this as no fault !! Also have scratched my device in the process I sent it with screen protectors fronts and rear the 1st time when I got the item back there s a scratch on the screen not huge but not the point which wasn t there I reported it straight away as it s had a protector brand new from day one 22 days without my device and now I ve got to go apple as as my device has been sent back to me still with the damage as they are not taking fault for it so now I still have a faulty device and It s been damaged in the process I hate leaving bad reviews but I am so angry about this situation in future I will just wait for apple as I have never had this experience with them

I have consistently found Harminder and his colleagues at CAD2000.co.uk extremely proficient.

I employ them if I encounter any AppleMac problems. In my view, their technical ability is second to none.

Just take your device to them for initial investigation and in next to no time, they contact you with accurate advice, and subject to your agreement, work is then carried out to rectify the relevant fault.

After my local Apple Store told me repair times we...

After my local Apple Store told me repair times were between 9 - 14 days I decided to contact my local 3rd Party authorised repair centre listed on Apples website, CAD 2000. Harminder and his team were able to run a free while-u-wait diagnostic. After diagnosing the problem the parts needed to be ordered (as they would have been at Apple) but instead I could take my computer home and use it until the parts arrived. Upon my return, the team repaired my macbook within 24 hours and I'm extremely happy with the service and now will be my first choice whenever I have any future issues with my Apple products. Its exactly like dealing with Apple. The parts are ordered directly from Apple and the works are guaranteed in the same way. I had reservations using a 3rd party for all the stories you hear but these guys were fantastic! Thank you very much!

What a brilliant experience from Harminder and the team at CAD. My first time of using them, on the recommendation of a friend & colleague. Even during Lockdown 2.0 they repaired my iMac in less than a week, brought everything up from the back-up disc and even followed up to help me through some issues I had accessing outlook365. Above and beyond service, great value and totally responsive. Unequivocally recommended!

Took my ten year old Mac to these guys this week. Power supply was damaged due to previous hatchet job by another repairer. Fantastic service and advice. Despite its age, they helped me understand that replacement of power pack alongside an upgrade to SSD would give the machine a new lease of life for my photography editing. And it has. Cannot believe the speed change. Saved me a massive investment in a new machine. Highly recommended. So pleased I have found them.

I have always used the CAD 2000 team to fix and upgrade my Macs. They inspire confidence as they are all extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and proficient and one of those few companies that offer excellent and very prompt customer service and support.

Just had my iMac and MacBook upgraded again and Harminder has been amazing, as usual. Nothing has been too much trouble for him, even contacting me at home after shop hours using the remote access TeamViewer support program to take control of my computers and fine tune a couple of issues.

My iPhone X had a known issue with it and as all Apple stores are closed, I was directed by Apple to CAD who are authorised by Apple to carry out repairs.

I made an appointment and delivered and collected my repaired phone on the same day. All Covid secure and very well organised throughout.

This company act as repairer for iPhones through the John Lewis guarantee. Beware - they are scammers.

If your phone has any sign of accidental damage - scratches, dents, chips - they won't fix it for free and will charge you extortionate prices.

If your phone has anything else wrong with it, even if not related to what you sent it in for - they will only fix everything and not just the thing you want doing. They will also charge you extortionate prices for this.

Just cannot trust a company that exists to rip genuine customers off, do not use!

I received a first class service when my insurance...

I received a first class service when my insurance company referred me here following a water spill over the keypad of my Macbook Pro. Harminder took control and kept me updated every step of the way with regular email updates on progress. This was a slick and professional service and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
