I have worked 13 years and the have computer recycle program for low income families.

Our company ordered computer tools and equipments to transition to work from home. These were distributed to our employees. Delivery came on time, but are missing a couple parts and units. They were less than the number we ordered.

Compugen is actually a very innovative place. Although the building is shared with other businesses they still do a good job of distinguishing who they are and where to go. Amazing staff and the cafeteria is incredible. Great food!

I had made an online order through Staples. When I received the wrong item, Gord at Compugen was extremely professional in providing guidance on how to return the item for the correct one. All shipping costs were covered and was very fast. The refurbished products provided by Compugen are top notch, very clean, appear as if new. Overall, very pleased in dealing with them.

They exaggerate about their capabilities. The building they operate from is shared with another business, and most of the top executives seem to be related. All this impact the quality of their services. I am disappointed!

I only worked here for a short time and I can say that working here was the worst experience that I ever have in my entire career. The management here isn't appreciative and they don't know how to recognize employees who've done a good job. Personally, employee appreciation and recognition is important for me to stay motivated. So if the management doesn't do well in this aspect, it's never going to work out for a long time.

They are not what they say they are and they don't do what they say they do. They are not responsive when we ask for their assistance. It would take them some time to respond to us, and by that time we've already lost business.

The best company to deal with especially when you need to buy a lot. I m getting pest pricing on almost everything (not the SSD drives, which are better priced at CC). If you have IT need, better come here, service is just amazing. Patrick C. ia an amazing person to deal with.

Low pay, even if you have worked here for years. Also, they rarely promote people. The people who do get promoted tend to be related to the management. The company culture drives away talented and hard-working people.
