This place is just awesome! Each associate I have dealt with is super friendly and extremely helpful. They do all they can to make sure all of your needs are taken care of. I've recently worked with Diana and she went above and beyond to accommodate completing my request.

This was a great recycling experience. The men came out with forklifts to handle my old Sony tv and made a tough job easy! Everybody I met was courteous and seemed eager to help. Also, everybody seemed happy and worked with a joie de vivre . Great job, thanks a lot!
They cannot take laptops or desktops if you want to keep data safe. I went there and you drop off electronics in front of a warehouse door. There is no way to secure private data. The website said they can accept those types of items, but you would have to leave it for anyone to take it and potentially take information from your hard drive. It was disappointing that I had to go during lunchtime to make it with the Monday through Friday schedule. It is very easy though to leave other electronics which don't require securing and there was a lot there.
Nice place quick in and out for delivery. Have to bake up from the right side and possible overnight parking for one or two trucks!!
Overprice. As a regular customer I feel they should have a special deal for them. Once again they are coming and bringing them money. For example, have like a discount for 50 percent off.
Helped me unload all the old equipment. It was a busy day with a few cars there. Outside there is a list of items accepted, plus their website has more information.

From the information available on their web site to the very last cone that is picked up after an event ... the entire experience has been top-notch. They have earned their high-level of reputation and that makes me very comfortable. Five stars for sure.
Contacted CompuCycle to recycle out old electronics. Received a call promptly and got an appointment to bring in our electronics in the same day. Disposal fee was reasonable. Will definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

CompuCycle provides such an amazing service to the Houston community. I know that they work with businesses of all sizes to responsibly recycle their equipment, but I also really appreciate that they open up their facility to Houston-area residents like myself so that we can also e-cycle our electronics. I've tried taking electronics to other City of Houston drop-off sites, but unfortunately they won't take my electronics or don't seem to know what to do with them. I've dropped off my items a few times at CompuCycle, on the other hand, and their staff is always really friendly and helpful. Thanks for helping us keep Houston green, CompuCycle!!
Interesting to see how e waste is recycled. The tour was a little short though. Would have loved to see more.
If you are a professional in the IT field and looking for a new job, stay away from compucycle.
This company loves to hire un experienced workers with minimal or no experience whatsoever in computers, pay way lower wages than a national average for PC technicians, I wouldn't even consider this a temporary job for anyone who has a higher education degree or not even a certification. management is very unprofessional and they miss count your hours. Their diagnosis method and repairs leaves way too much to wish for, working conditions are nasty. Specially in the warehouse with no AC and dust everywhere.
