If i could put minus stars, I would. Jay is a pushy individual who doesnt seem to understand the concept of "DO NOT CALL AGAIN". When I have requested to speak with your manager, you put the caller through. You don't question it unless you are the only person running the business and you are too scared to admit your fault. Anderson Group BPO is not the type of company you want assisting your business if their most basic of customer service is the disgusting display that Jay continues to show EVERYTIME he calls. DO NOT USE. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
