Comprehensive Spine, Pain and Rehabilitation Clinic Review

My experience is great after was after having a bad experience with my previous doctor these people where real professionals refer me to people I needed to see the best hands down

The Comprehensive spine& Pain clinic was very helpful!!! They were very concerned and helped me understand about my car accident!! The doctor was very nice and took time to explain to me what will happen next!! I will recommend them to anyone they are the best....

From day one there staff has been very gentle and very caring in how they speak to me. They are also very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I am very happy with the care I have and will receive with them.

They were very sweet people. I actually went to the wrong location and they still helped me tremendously. I ended up getting a virtual call that same day which made me feel like my drive was worth nothing .. thank you guys I will be back!

I m going to make this short. My last visit was great the Nurse Practitioner went over my MRI in detail. He said that he does not want to just put checks in the box and waste my time so he gave me a referred me to my next step a Neurosurgery. Thanks

I had a great experience at Comprehensive Spine and Pain. I usually hate going to a new doctor, but this was a most pleasurable experience. Everything was explained clearly and they were very time conscious.

Dr. Pupala has a great bed side manner. And takes the time to listen and explain everything to you. The office staff is very nice and helpful also.

Dr. Puppala and his staff are amazing! So caring, patient, compassionate and kind. The magnitude of pain that I have been in has been unbearable at times. Their care and treatments have given me back my life again. I cannot thank them enough!!

To all who may suffer from uncontrollable pain I recommend comprehensive spine and pain. I'm so impressed by the care they provide from the front desk to the Dr. himself they truly focus on your well being from the start .I don't really care for pain period but they make you feel better even in pain I'm first to admit I was just overwhelmed by the staff they ask for a rating of 0-10 but I'm hear to say all day and the truth is I'm just one day in under their care and I feel good knowing that they're pushing for a complete recovery for me,but even if I don't fully recover I'm at peace knowing that they're pushing hard as they can to get me there so with that being said I say hats off to the staff as a whole

Once there, they got me back pretty quick. They were all straight foward and understanding. Even upon contacting them was easy & they responded fast! Definitely stays on top of their work

My first appointment with them was awesome. They were more concerned about helping mine and my husband's pain instead of just writing prescriptions. I pray they can help us! Definitely very nice!

Ny mom has been going here for awhile. They have helped her so much with the pain in her neck & shoulders. Kourtney is the best P.A. she listens to what your problem is & takes action to get it fixed. I love this practice.

I ve had a great experience working with Dr Puppala. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and personable. I went to him because I was having back issues and he accurately found the issue and suggested me medications to take. After 8+ months of seeing him I am fully healed. I am delighted to be able to run and walk without any pain I couldn t have before, this time with no side averse effects. I highly recommend him.

This office is great! They actually make you feel like a person not a patient and you can tell they truly care about your concerns. I'm so glad I was referred to this office and I will continue to refer people as well!

HORRIBLE! Something told me not to even attempt to come here once they didn t even have me scheduled down for a appt that was already confirmed over the phone with Ms. Guadalupe. So I end up missing that cause according to whomever said that they didn t know I was scheduled down nor had requested a Uber. So I ended up getting another call to reschedule my appt since I was referred by my Chiropractor here & I just took that chance. Now this the bad part! As I got here on the new scheduled date I had this negative vibe about this place already. When your conscience tells you otherwise then you should most definitely listen to that first since it never fails you. Once I was taken inside the back the two ladies who are in the pictures I took was asking me the same questions that was on the form that I ve already completed. As they were REPEATEDLY asking me the same questions on the form I told them that everything is on the form. They however stated that nothing was in the system nor who referred me was. I mean to me it seems like they weren t trying to read I don t know. But overall when I canceled I waited 20mins until one of the ladies came out & said that the DOCTOR stated if I canceled out my appt they can t Uber me back home. But one of them who works upfront said otherwise. I was told that Ms. Guadalupe was doing my Uber request then told again that she was driving then she ll put my request in. Overall that s fine with me but they shouldn t had let me waited until you came back out with that lame excuse. When I m told something different of course I m very outspoken & going to speak on how I feel. I even wanted to speak with the DOCTOR PUPPALAwho said something so dumb but was told he was seeing another patient I mean you THAT mad/disappointed that I didn t want to have service there done. I m glad I didn t neither because the white lady up at the front desk it s all caked up makeup on her face gave me a nasty face look watching me walk back & forth. So yes I confronted her asking was she ok. Don t look at me when I m not in the wrong for something y all can t even take care of. Regardless if I cancel or not when it was there fault not having my information in the system already then the lazy women s acted like they couldn t read a form literally asking me the SAME exact questions on the form that I ve completed BEFORE even showing up to the building on my exact appt day. The two women also stated while I was in the room with them that whomever didn t put nothing in the system. I heard one of them say they don t do nothing . I don t know whom they were referring to though but they did ask me who I talked to over the phone & I politely told them Ms. Guadalupe. I will never come back here REGARDLESS if they do Uber service & I definitely wouldn t recommend. I had a bad vibe about this place ever since the first time they messed up.

The office overall is great!!! But You have to make sure you get the right doctor

Dr Pupala or Courtney are super fast; they get you in and out. But if you get kristy she is super slow. You might wait two hours with kristy and 20 minutes for Courtney. Stay away from kristy

My experience with Comprehensive Spine & Pain was great. I went in without thinking of getting any procedures but because of my pain I proceeded. Afterwords in about a day I actually didn't feel any pain in my neck at all. I had 4 bulging disc. My pain now is at an absolute zero. Not sure how long this will last but I can tell you that its a difference maker.

Dr. Puppala and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful! Having dealt with pain management doctors for at least 5 years, it is refreshing to find a doctor who actually listens to your experience with the medications and procedures. Most doctors are a one-size-fits-all, but he is a step above the rest and works to find solutions that fit YOU! They have pretty flexible hours, accept self pay and most insurance. The staff is easy to talk to and usually whomever answers the phone can help you instead of having to leave endless, un-returned messages like with past pain mgmt doctors. Thank you to Dr. Puppala's team for improving my loved ones healthcare experience and our quality of life with better management!

My procedure was done just like the physician explained, but just a little bit less painful then I anticipated it to be ,which I was happy about. Thank you!

Best experience ever! The process was easy, the staff were upbeat and a joy to be around and the results are mind blowing. My lower back has hurt for 10+years and I walked out of there with no pain at all. I'm still stunned and can't wait to go do my laundry and put my shoes on with no pain LOL it's like the old me is back!

Referred by my chiropractor as a result of a traffic accident, I was quite apprehensive of spinal issues due to lack of knowledge. Dr. Puppala was quite informative explaining my condition, my areas of concern, the treatment and the remedy process. He and his staff had great patient care manner and eased the experience with music and relaxing dialogue that was a calming effect.

I'm so glad I was referred to Comprehensive Spine and Pain. I suffered from pain on a daily basis, until I went to their facility in Lithia Springs, Ga. The staff at Comprehensive Spine and Pain was very nice and professional and Dr. Puppala made sure I got the right treatment starting with an MRI and therapy. Dr Puppala then made sure I received the right medication along with the necessary treatments. My pain is now better and being controlled. I am on the road to getting better and feeling

Dr. P is great and the staff is so helpful. I was in so much pain when I started going to him I could not walk due to lower back pain. Now he has my pain controlled with medication and epidurals. I recommend his and his group with 5 stars!
