HORRIBLE! Something told me not to even attempt to...

HORRIBLE! Something told me not to even attempt to come here once they didn t even have me scheduled down for a appt that was already confirmed over the phone with Ms. Guadalupe. So I end up missing that cause according to whomever said that they didn t know I was scheduled down nor had requested a Uber. So I ended up getting another call to reschedule my appt since I was referred by my Chiropractor here & I just took that chance. Now this the bad part! As I got here on the new scheduled date I had this negative vibe about this place already. When your conscience tells you otherwise then you should most definitely listen to that first since it never fails you. Once I was taken inside the back the two ladies who are in the pictures I took was asking me the same questions that was on the form that I ve already completed. As they were REPEATEDLY asking me the same questions on the form I told them that everything is on the form. They however stated that nothing was in the system nor who referred me was. I mean to me it seems like they weren t trying to read I don t know. But overall when I canceled I waited 20mins until one of the ladies came out & said that the DOCTOR stated if I canceled out my appt they can t Uber me back home. But one of them who works upfront said otherwise. I was told that Ms. Guadalupe was doing my Uber request then told again that she was driving then she ll put my request in. Overall that s fine with me but they shouldn t had let me waited until you came back out with that lame excuse. When I m told something different of course I m very outspoken & going to speak on how I feel. I even wanted to speak with the DOCTOR PUPPALAwho said something so dumb but was told he was seeing another patient I mean you THAT mad/disappointed that I didn t want to have service there done. I m glad I didn t neither because the white lady up at the front desk it s all caked up makeup on her face gave me a nasty face look watching me walk back & forth. So yes I confronted her asking was she ok. Don t look at me when I m not in the wrong for something y all can t even take care of. Regardless if I cancel or not when it was there fault not having my information in the system already then the lazy women s acted like they couldn t read a form literally asking me the SAME exact questions on the form that I ve completed BEFORE even showing up to the building on my exact appt day. The two women also stated while I was in the room with them that whomever didn t put nothing in the system. I heard one of them say they don t do nothing . I don t know whom they were referring to though but they did ask me who I talked to over the phone & I politely told them Ms. Guadalupe. I will never come back here REGARDLESS if they do Uber service & I definitely wouldn t recommend. I had a bad vibe about this place ever since the first time they messed up.
