Very relaxing and seemingly knowledgeable staff. Take advantage of the sauna, sun room and steam room. All of the complementary refreshments are great. You could go for a quiet meditative experience or go with girlfriends for a rejuvenating fun day. The day I was there they were short staffed so the refreshments and some other things were not stocked as they should have been but overall I would highly recommend this place!

1 star is beyond what this salon deserves. Emailing the event coordinator for you appointment is a mess I was juggled around so many times with various stylists, prices and was never confirmed the day before for my wedding trial (should have known then). The Saratoga location seems much more professional at reception. In the end after all was said and done I honestly have never been treated so poorly as a customer or do I think that it is right to threaten your customers after a terrible experience. The hair trial not being well executed or even done in my case is the least of their worries. As a client sitting in their chair when a stylist isn't seasoned enough and you basically take the curling iron doing your hair yourself is a joke but having to deal with the front desk with whom has no price list or answers to valid questions, doesn't know about your arrangements, and keeps answering with "I don't know but I do know have to pay in full, and I won't let you leave till you do" (for a future appointment I said I do not want to keep). Just a quick FYI when a client isn't happy she should not be talked to or treated in this manor, nor should you make your customer uncomfortable or threaten them multiple times. Also know your price list, be aware that making it up on the spot is just amateur at best. As for the person looking at this review.... I would highly suggest you go anywhere but here and when dealing with them put kids gloves on as they are foolishly unprofessional. The salon cares only for money not clients leaving happy or even feeling good; so if you are ok with writing checks for services that you don't receive this is a great salon to go to!! However, if you are looking to be treated fairly and get your hair done this IS NOT the place, don't book an event or a blowout it's simply not worth it. It's a shame that business owners today try to take advantage of people, you should be embarrassed.
AWESOME massage and foot treatment/pedicure today!!!! The relaxation tea and relaxation room are incredible. Also enjoyed a nice steam and rainfall shower between services. Can't wait to come back!!!

Best experience I ever had at a Spa. I was greeted by Kyle who was full of smiles and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I started with a hour massage with James, highly recommend him, waxing by Juliana she is so Awesome and really knows what she's doing, lastly nails by Jenn who made sure I had wine and a healthy snack. Thank you Jenn!! Everyone was very nice and very professional. I mean they all seem like they enjoy their job. My experience was so wonderful that I'm going back within a month. Thank You!
Great massage, great staff but locker room is too small, lockers are too small as well. Steam room isn't great, you can't see anything when you're in there-not safe. I've been in steam rooms before so I know what they're supposed to be like.
Visited the spa 2 weeks ago with my mom and MIL. We booked a few days before, Liz was super helpful in getting us in as close together as possible. She called when a better appointment became available. The services were excellent and the spa is super clean. We would definitely return again.

DISAPPOINTED I had a couples massage schedule for Valentines day. Recvd a call on 2/6 and was told due to being fully booked they wanted a credit card- This is ridiculous I have been a customer for 2 years and interesting that when it was booked nothing was asked. Due to your full schedule you now you want a credit card! UNREAL!!!!!!! Too bad as this will be posted EVERYWHERE on social media and I will tell everyone re the way that you treat your customers!!!!!!!!!!
Hello! I just want to give a FANTASTIC shout out to Katie tonight for my wonderful deep tissue massage. The aromas of the essential oils and the calmness and warm of the room on the table truly put me in a tranquil place I needed to get to. She really hit all the spots of my body that I didn t even know were hurting me and needed to be worked out! She was so kind and personally asked me where my pain was and what I would like her to focus on. She truly was super amazing and I will FOR SURE!!!! Be going back to see her again at Complexions! THANK YOU SO MUCH KATIE! my body already feels more healed than it has in a very long time. Best massage I have ever received and I plan to be back ASAP! P.S- it was such a plus coming home smelling like all of those amazing oils! I will be back to get some of those too!

Best facial I've ever had outside of LA. I was in town for a conference and tried the wrinkle repair facial. Loved it! Also had a mani while I was there. Enjoyed that too, but I would certainly recommend the wrinkle repair facial to anyone!
