I agree. The people at CompleteCare really do the complete care. Not only do they care about your physical health but mental and emotional health as well. Really good people at Shoprite in Bridgeton and on Hwy 77 also on Irving and Cohansey. They are really great people to get to know.

I LOVE the workers!! They are always very pleasant and helpful. You can tell they really care about the patients. The doctors and Nurses Practioner that I have had,have also been very caring. I would LOVE to work there!!

I ve been a patient of complete care for 3 years. The organization was great when i first became a patient. It Has declined In order for me to get a hold of a person on the phone it takes up to 40 mins for someone to even pick up the phone. Then they back on hold and transfer you and yet you re still on hold. Wait time seems to increase and the staff looks like they are short staffed. I don t understand how such a big organization does not have enough employee to cover the positions needed. The new TVs suck!!! We want real tv when waiting in the damn waiting area!!! Improvise please!!! Think about what the PATIENTS want!!!

Literally are on hold for 20 minutes for someone to pick up and put you back on hold then one last person to pick up and say hold then hang up. BY FAR THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE, THE WORKERS ARE VERY RUDE !! I HATE THIS PLACE AND WISH I COULD USE A DIFFERENT DOCTOR.
