I ve been a patient of complete care for 3 years. The organization was great when i first became a patient. It Has declined In order for me to get a hold of a person on the phone it takes up to 40 mins for someone to even pick up the phone. Then they back on hold and transfer you and yet you re still on hold. Wait time seems to increase and the staff looks like they are short staffed. I don t understand how such a big organization does not have enough employee to cover the positions needed. The new TVs suck!!! We want real tv when waiting in the damn waiting area!!! Improvise please!!! Think about what the PATIENTS want!!!
