Complete Glass was fast, courteous, and did a 1st class job fixing my Lexus. They came out to the site where my car was stuck because the windshield was broken and di the service right there. They kept me up-to-date on when it would be completed and also were accurate on the cost estimate. Payment for me was easy, I did it over the phone. Thanks!

I own an auto glass company (Glas Tek) out of Phoenix AZ and needed help with a warranty issue in an area that we do not service. The vehicle was located at a dealer in Oregon. I spoke to the service adviser at the dealer who reported the issue and they told me that they use Complete Glass for all their auto glass needs. Although, I was hesitant of calling their preferred shop because I wanted an unbiased opinion, I called anyways. I spoke to Yvonne (shop manager) and was pleasantly pleased with her response. She understood my position and assured me that they would do a thorough investigation. Although, the investigation did not come back in our favor I was confident that it was accurate and paid the claim in full. Yvonne was professional, attentive, and even discounted the cost of the new windshield for me. It's great to know that small business's are still able to work together!! I just had my windshield replaced here. They did awesome work and the owner Yvonne was so kind and helpful. I had to bring my vehicle to them because of the rain and she even lent me a vehicle so that I had a way home and to take care of my kids. Complete Glass was recommended to me by the body shop where my car was being repaired. They timed their replacement perfectly and did not charge me until the day they put the glass in the car. Pulled and resealed my back window. The install was good and she was initially professional. They dinged my car near back window during the repair. When I notified her, she denied any responsibility and tried turning it into a me thing. The car has 12000 miles on it and is meticulously cared for. I am confident in saying the damage occured at her shop and her unwillingness to even consider responsibility was appalling. The battle she was putting up for the repair was neither worth the headache nor my time. Thanks for the first ding on my car & hopefully my review can save somebody else the grief.

I had an incident close to where I work where an employee of this company dinged my car door and drove off without even acknowledging the fact that he did. My car is brand new, so any scratches, dings or dents are immediately prevalent because I'm anal about this sort of thing. Not to mention I watched him squeeze into his car and immediately went to my car to check the damage. It's obvious it was this gentleman because the spot where he was parked was now empty. I called the company and let the owner know. (Yvonne) She stated she would do some research and let me know, not sure what research was to be done, I witnessed the incident and was looking for the situation to be rectified because he did not do the right thing and leave a note. She had the driver come to my place of employment and although he acknowledge he parked next to me and it was a tight spot, he basically stated he did not hit my car, even though the ding and dent matched perfectly with his van. There was a second man who accompanied him, and he was obviously trying to intimidate me, being that I'm a 21 year old female. The aforementioned man said I wasn't being rational and told me to get the "F" away from him when I was advising him that this situation was technically a misdemeanor hit and run because the other driver did not leave a note. Yvonne calls me back after the miserable exchange and states that she will not be held responsible for something she states her driver did not do. As a courteous person, I know if this situation happened to me I would take ownership of my mistake and rectify the situation, the purpose of this is to let others know the types of people you are going to be dealing with when you choose this establishment.
I was referred to Complete Auto Glass by Lief's Auto and Collision Repair. They saved me over $800 because they knew that my rear window on my truck could be replaced without taking out the interior or whole window frame. I'm a customer for life now. They came to me and the process was seamless.

Scheduled a week out for a windshield repair and took a day off to be there for a morning appointment. Got a call at 830 am day of saying that they wouldn t member able to keep the appointment. Poor customer service.
We had a great experience with this company. Their mobile crew came onsite, and changed the windshield of our convertible. They were professional and performed quality work. If I need another windshield replaced, I will get a proposal from this company.
We had them install a windshield in our 2016 Land Rover. Everything was good until we noticed that the windshield slide down a little bit. We contacted them and stated our concern. The owner of the company actually called and started accusing me of not being home when install occurred. Then proceeded how it was our fault that the windshield looks the way it does. Poor customer service and absolutely not a problem solving company especially coming from the owner who I thought would help us.

Yvonne went above and beyond!!! I've had this glass on order through a different glass shop for 3+ months now and have been getting the run around.
