Terrible customer service, from the office team to site installer. They are all incompetent. I had to install it properly after their special "engineer" installed it all wrong. He didn't even put a fall on the drain pipework. Basic stuff that they can't get correct.

Don't get me wrong, they couldnt be more helpful when your at their showroom, trying to flog you their wares but once your in contract, your knackered. That helpfulness just dissapears.

The beans they supplied were rank, we went elsewhere as they were inconsistent other than tasting cheap and bitter. It's easy to get far superior beans at a better price anyway.

Servicing is also much cheaper and better with other suppliers.

They are even putting their own 5* reviews on this account!! Goes to show what sort of company they are. For example, Natalie Black below, who has left a 5* review, is in their admin team! Caught out!

Go elsewhere and avoid this lot of con artists.

As to the response, why would I use my own name?! Just do you can hound people into revising their honest review. Seriously you guys need to sort yourselves out. What are you going to do? Offer us the several thousand pounds you ripped us off for back? I doubt it.

I was recommended Beanmachines after a bad experience with another company and I wasn't disappointed. They were extremely professional and helpful throughout. Thanks guys.

Very poor customer service and shoddy repairs. Beware of using this company.

I told the company that I am a small business and only do 30 coffees per day plus I d been closed for over 2 weeks so wear and tear was impossible.
They promised to call but didn t.
So I had to find another company who quickly repaired the problem but showed me that they hadn t used stainless steel screw on the water jet fastening so it had corroded and sheered off, which was hazardours to health.
Avoid this company like the plague,,,

We bought a coffee machine from them, and I ve regretted it many times already. Shocking customer service!!! Don t do the same mistake and rather get your coffee machine from Limini coffee.

Just a note to your reply: You didn't give us to try any other coffee machine, I guess you did your research wrong and this must be someone else's story.

I ve used Bean Machines for 6 years now both for my coffee and coffee machines. I did try another company for a couple of months just as a comparison for coffee products but in my opinion nobody can beat Bean Machines quality on price, product, supply, maintenance and after sales. Their Maximo blend is the best tasting coffee and my customers love the taste

We bought a Sanremo coffee machine from Beanmachines in 2014 and have been very happy with it. Before buying a coffee machine from Beanmachines this we used separate companies for both our coffee and machine however we got a very good deal on the coffee buying through Beanmachines and the quality of the coffee is excellent. Both myself and my husband have had a great experience with Beanmachines and the customers love the coffee. Always happy to help and provide a fast and professional service. Highly recommended!

Buying a coffee machine was something that we put off when we moved into our new premisis. I spoke to Lorenzo on numerous occasions and each time he was very helpful and knowledgeable on every coffee machine I asked him about. He took the time to understand our requirements and quoted us on a small number of suitable machines, settling on a 2 group traditional machine. The aftercare has been wonderful and were very happy with the machine. Thank you Beanmachines.

Beanmachines have been maintaining our machines for years now and I wish I'd used them when we started out. So much less hassle than the company we used previously and the machines seem to be going down less as does my wallet.

I recently started using the new coffee machine and I never knew coffee machines had advanced so much. I've used machines in the past that have always broke and never got my order right, but this did it spot on. Works every time. If you are in need of a Bean to Cup machine I would get one from these guys! Highly recommended !!

One of the worst experience in my life with a Coffee supplier and the worst experience ever in my life with customer service and financial department service.
After a very long wait when the day of the delivery was supposed to be arrived nobody had time from this company to call me and to inform me about their changes.
In fact because my was a new business they couldn't trust me and so they had decided to not sent nothing to me, but they were still owning my deposit.
After three or four calls finally someone from them was able to send a cheque, but without signature.
One week later I have received a new cheque, but I was unable to use that because it was without the Payee name on it.
Finally after more then one month I was able to get my deposit back.

Fast call out and very reasonably priced! The Beanmachines engineer was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Coffee machine didnt work it was coming out cold, i complained and was told to warm up the cup ! They tried saying thats how coffee should be as it burns the bean but iv never been to starbucks, costa or any other coffee shop and got a luke warm coffee. Basically your paying top wack for a machine that doesnt work!

We love the coffee we get from Beanmachines. We originally bought our coffee machine from elsewhere, however if we had known about Beanmachines we would have gone with them. We love the coffee, our customers love the coffee and I think we would struggle to find better value coffee elsewhere. Thank you Beanmachines!!!

I have had an extremely positive experience with Bean Machines. Customer service is absolutely excellent. Matthew himself taught me how to use it. The Machine itself is dead smart and comes in really good colours. Mine is Pink. Would highly recommend this company.

We completed our barista training here last year and were very impressed with the setup at Beanmachines. Catalin who took us for the training was very patient and also extremely knowledgeable. We only had 2 hours at Beanmachines however the experience was invaluable and something we could not do without.

Once this machine was installed in our building I started using it. I never knew coffee machines have advanced so much, most of the other machines I have seen are outdated and never work brilliantly, this thing is awesome. Works every time. I have had a great experience dealing with beanmachines over the past few years. I've bought a few machines off them as we expanded our business as the company we used to go to just weren't cutting it.

They've been great since, and have come in to repair some of our older machines and have done a great job. They got to us in a couple of hours and saved us time and money.

What s more, they help ensure my coffee machine is well maintained so that I can always serve coffee I always receive a phone call when it is time to change my filter or have my machine serviced. Shocking service, appalling quality of machines. The worst commercial deal I ve ever made.

A great local company with a great selection of coffee. We spent the morning in their showroom and sampled some of their lovely coffees. We now use their blends in our 2 cafes and our customers love it! Thanks again.

Poor after sales and machine breaks down.
Very hard to get the parts for it.
They must just sell the machines and after stuff the customer.
Cannot recommend.
