Terrible service. was greeted in a rude manner
Showed up at 330pm for a 400pm appointment they noticed that my Dr didn't sign the order. so we called them and they re-faxed it at 410pm but they said that it was too late and that I would have to be reschedule.so it was okay for me to wait 30mins but they can't wait 10min.
After waiting 15 minutes on the phone to talk to an individual, Rep answered only to transferred me to a recording that hung up.
Sitting in the waiting area for a hour and half, even arrived 15 mins ahead of appointment like told to do paperwork. After waiting hour and half I asked how long is the wait, their response is "who are you and what are you waiting for". Well I had a appointment, got there and signed, done what I was told to do. Still had to wait longer cause now they realize I've been sitting here and still haven't been able to do what I was supposed to do for the 15 mins I came early for.. To top it off, the lady at the front desk seems to think she's all mighty powerful.
Above average care and service in every step of the way, from getting me in the same day to get my scans done, the radiologist I guess is her title was so thoughtful and kind and informative and the phlebotomists got it on the first try had and amazing attitude I will always request them when I need any type of imaging. They are the best hands down and know how to put the correct codes so the billing comes out correct.

I went in for a ct scan of my sinues today. I was really impressed with Compass Imaging. The facility was very nice and the wait was very short (minutes) and the staff was super friendly. So far, this was my best visit with any business within the healthcare industry. I would recommend them to anybody! Great job Compass Imaging!!
I showed up 10 min early. I sat and did.my paperwork, another guy comes in.and gets his paperwork. He turns hos in and they immediately took.him.back. I sat and waited an hour and 15 minutes past my appt time because this bozo was late for his appt. And they let I go.ahead insted of putting him last. BS.. I.lost money leaving work early for.that service...
I was put at ease from the moment I walked in the door. The technician marie who gave me my ct scan was wonderful. I was done in 15 minutes,
This is the worst imaging service I ve ever gone to my son was sent here for Ray it took 2 hours then we had to return for the mri and this time we were here from 3 till 5:35 because they told me to come early although my appt wasn t until 3:45 even after we were the only people in the waiting room we waited 30 more min for them to get us back this place is just terrible at the service they provide no way I m coming back
In and out in less than 20 minutes. Well run business. Can't say the same about the physician who referred me to Compass imaging (or the hospital x-ray department). That is the thing about well run businesses. They just stand out so far beyond the rest of them. Compass is just that way. If you can plan the x-ray or fancy scan, do it at Compass.
I have used compass a few times in the past and had great experiences, but this last time it has been a fight to even get someone on the phone to schedule. I leave messages that don't get returned for several days and can't seem to get my results emailed no matter how many times I call and ask. It seems as though Merit Health taking over has ruined this once good company.
I was told to come extra early to my appointment that's an hour away!!! I had to drop my son at daycare extra early and it's a pain.
They need to get their act together and be on my same page. Don't come in early when they tell you to. Seems to be their M.O.
Technicians great. However, after being assured they would get my images to my doctor for my appointment...nope! They couldn't give me a copy of the disc and they couldn't get it to my doctor. Why charge for a service that was rendered useless by their inability to communicate with physicians outside their network.
