I was looking to have my AC unit moved (pretty short notice) and received a few recommendations. Done Right Heating and Air Conditioning came out quick to give a thorough estimate which we were very happy with. Jim took his time explaining everything to me in detail and was a great communicator. The second estimate we got from a local company (who was recommended to us by many) was twice the price and definitely not as professional or thorough. Jim was able to work with a very short notice schedule and got the work done in time. I would leave more than 5 stars if I could. HIGHLY recommend.

After harrowing experiences with vendors sent by my home warranty company for air conditioning repair, I turned to Done Right Heating and Air on the advice of a friend who had recently used them to install a new HVAC system in his home. My 27 year old air conditioner had by and large reached the end of its life during the terrible August 2020 heat wave. Even though I knew that replacing the entire HVAC system was now inevitable, I dreaded the thought because of the magnitude and inconvenience of the job. Fortunately, Jim Sutton, Done Right's manager, provided immediate assistance and would remain an extremely attentive and trusted resource throughout the process that followed. He quickly sent his gifted technician, Derek, to repair the unit so that it would at least run until I decided to replace the unit. He also quoted a very competitive price for a new system and was able to schedule installation promptly. His patience and unparalleled professionalism were greatly appreciated. The installers, Derek, Phil and Kyle, were all superb -- punctual, pleasant, hardworking, skilled, careful and attentive. Jim and his colleagues at Done Right have set a high standard in customer service and workmanship and deserve praise. They leave the customer in good hands.
AWFUL DRIVER!!! don't know how they are as far as their heating/ cooling service, but one of their drivers is awful. Rainy day, so they should have taken more care, but they were driving erratically, driving WAY too close to my bumper, cutting people off with lane changes, etc. I was on the same road as them for at least a mile, and I wish I could load up the video from my dash cam here, because I have front and back dash cams, and the driver should NOT be driving for them.
This company was responsive, professional, honest and did NOT up-sale at all! The technician just fixed the problem. I highly recommend this business! I will use them when I have to replace our heat & air systems!
Our a/c recently went out on one of the hottest days of the year. Done Right was able to come out to repair and service our a/c unit within 24 hours! They were professional, prompt, and did not try to up sell us on other products or services that we did not need. Their price was fair also. I highly recommend Done Right for all of your future heating and air needs.
