Thank you for your quick response to my request for Architectural Approval. I appreciate your timely review and approval. I am still not sure what is the proper email address to send requests. I initially tried to send it to the email address on the form, but it did not work. If there is an updated request form, I don't know where to get it.

Update - I am also very happy with Esme s service. She is quick to respond and incredibly helpful by email or in person.

I have to comment again on Esme s service. She is so responsive, friendly and efficient. I love how she has eyes in the back of her head and opens the doors whenever I am close!

Dear Community Management, Inc.: Sher and I have been pleased with
the response and clean up after the ice storm. Still a few piles to go.

However, we have been disturbed by the amount charged for the pool,
hot tub, gym and social area. The $43,344.00 charged to our Condo for a
year of shut down (and no use in 2021)seems unfair. With no use of the pool, hot tub, gym and social areas, the cost should be minimal. Other
residents at our level also have complained.
Please respond.

If you're a service provider or vendor then stay away. They constantly give you the run-around, don't pay, and are very unprofessional. I've been in business for over 30 years in Portland and have never encountered anything like this company. They ordered a product from my business in November and I have a long list of emails why they aren't able to pay... But it's coming soon they say. Stay away from CMI!

For the most part the CMI staff we work with are quick to respond to requests. The one are that needs improvement is posting expenses to the correct expense category. Due to occasional errors, we have to review all postings to ensure their accuracy. These errors could be avoided through improvement in the process for submitting of expenses.
