This is a very quiet untypical non profit run housing complex with beautiful landscaping and friendly neighbors. Rent is based on income and everyone here is happy to help keep you on your feet

I got an interview and a job offer from the Lynchburg office. I signed the job offer. Then the background check came back and they won t hire me anymore because of a charge they already knew about. I would not advise working for these people or renting from them. I cannot give my kids a decent Christmas because of what they pulled on me. Still haven t found work. I ve been out of a job since late October. This maintenance supervisor position was supposed to be my break. But I was wrong. I would not suggest these people in any way.

Nice people but I don't understand how you buy a house with just under $23,000.

This company I would not rent from them for many many reasons at this time there s a lot of work needs to be done in my apartment and I need to talk to someone about everything has been going on in Oak Hill residence in Davison North Carolina I need to set up a meeting with I head officials ASAP.

Took a homebuyer's education class here. It was an extremely valuable experience and the employees were very helpful. A great resource to have here in the NRV.

Trashy looking, use to be safe neighbors, now people are scared to go to laundry room after dark.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, unless you're willing to put up with threats of physical violence from your property manager and her biker friends, be threatened with wrongful eviction, charged obscene fees that you're not responsible for, and have your complaints issued through both yourself and your housing coordinator ignored, because you moved away from one of their complexes to flee domestic violence.
I have been brought to my absolute limit, and will be contacting legal aid to take these issues to court.
The property manager- being the only person who knew where I was going- even told my abusive ex where I relocated to. This is beyond gross negligence.
