If I could give my case manager a negative star I ...

If I could give my case manager a negative star I would! Took days even weeks to get back to me. I even referred people there and my case worker met with them once and never got back to them either. I never write reviews but she even said they're short staffed do this behavior must go in all the time! She just spoke to me like I'm a how dare I get annoyed with her even though I never hear back from her and when I finally do my appointments are already passed! I'm actually calling today and complain!
