Community first health plans Review

Amazing place to work. Five years later I am still working at Community First. I have an amazing team.

You are doing good if you as CFHP as your insurer. I had their Family Plan for a couple years. Their staff is very nice and helped me through a difficult time in my life.

I have been trying to get hearing aids for the last 2 months. I have calling several times a week trying to find out how to use my hearing aid Benefits and no has been able to tell me how. How long do I go before I just give up?

Watch out bait and switch artists. Try and find your physician in their directory. Now find your physician in all of the directories listed. If the software holds true to form you won't be able to access all of the provider directories. Sign up and find yourself in a plan that does not include your provider. Not to worry they have plenty of providers who have driven past American Medical Schools since they left their third world Medical School. No matter what anybody says 7-11 is as good a place as any to learn bedside English. One star because customer service is able to lie with total sincerity.

Dislike the new website to set up a simple doctor appointment! For my children Or even call 1 in smh. Now we have to call our insurance provider .

Please know you may get more help as a member but your medical providers will suffer for trying to provide services. Worse customer service ever!!!! They literally never answer phone calls. Horrible!! Trust me, drop this insurance immediately.

As a customer I have made several calls to customer service with questions on card, covered services and doctors in plan. Every time I was treated with politeness and if they did not have answer they researched and called me back with the answer. As a former emplyee I can tell you that the staff are sincere and caring people (who get frustrated just like you at the problems in the system). If you report a complaint it will be fully investigated and corrected.

Good public insurance health plans for an affordable price. They also provide the Family Plan for UHS employees which is an unbeatable value.

I tell you never choose this health plan ever. Don t even think about it. They don t get back to you when you call to resolve a bill issue not even in months. Hospitals send them the bill but they don t approve and lie they never got the claim. Worst health insurance provider ever.

Worst customer service in the world!!

Spent 45 minutes on hold, only to be put on hold a second time when finally speaking with a representative. Then she hung up on me!

I've been trying to get a billing issue resolved for over a month and am not receiving any assistance whatsoever from Community First in getting this taken care of. As soon as I'm able, I will no longer use them.
