As a customer I have made several calls to customer service with questions on card, covered services and doctors in plan. Every time I was treated with politeness and if they did not have answer they researched and called me back with the answer. As a former emplyee I can tell you that the staff are sincere and caring people (who get frustrated just like you at the problems in the system). If you report a complaint it will be fully investigated and corrected.
