Worst customer service in the world!!

Spent 45 minutes on hold, only to be put on hold a second time when finally speaking with a representative. Then she hung up on me!

I've been trying to get a billing issue resolved for over a month and am not receiving any assistance whatsoever from Community First in getting this taken care of. As soon as I'm able, I will no longer use them.
