They are unethical. I haven t been able to make some appointments due to lack of transportation and they closed my case without giving me any information about where to find another doctor. I will be able to find one but the thought that others who don t have the resources I have will be left behind because of circumstances out of their control is what made me make such a bad review.

Do not come to this place!!! A woman named Dawn mannard had me falsely committed after I thwarted off unwanted and inappropriate advances, 15 years of the hardest work down the drain after being forced to sit in a bright hallway at sturdy hospital for 5 days sleep deprived and forced to bath and go to the bathroom in front of 20 year old nurses. Dawn Mannard should be in prison for her unethical and inappropriate treatment of mentally I'll patients. This experience has left me truly traumatized and I now have panic attacks about 6 times a day and no longer leave the house.
Staff I met with one time was nice and this place seems to get good reviews but unfortunately I m having bad luck with this organization I was referred by a doctor about their services and not once have I ever gotten a call to check on my well being or when I call for some sort of assistance they ll claim to call back but don t ever do so apparently some of these workers don t care about their clients and just working there just for their hourly pay and the people that genuinely needs the help gotta be left to look for resources by themselves which hurts a lot so I would stick with young parenting programs or find another organization.

Was treated great during a stay at CCBC crisis center. Very pleasant and respectful staff. However their after care is "they do not care". Treated like just a meaningless number. I suffer from sever depression, self esteem issues, well as currently dealing with homelessness and this place got my hopes up just to let me down. Feel like a fool for thinking they truly cared and would help me through this difficult time..
In all a typical medical center, milk your insurance and once it's dry, tough luck.
I have never been more frustrated in my life with the wait time on my medications I have not received a call to be check in to see how I'm doing.. ive tried to call in a refill and the call goes straight to an emergency number prompt ... Very disappointed with how low the service is between my appointments and having to go to the pharmacy just to wait an extra 4 days after the pick up date for them to give me my medication ...
Having a family that have been through very traumatic experiences this place has been a wonderful place for us as a family almost all of us go there very professional very friendly and I helped so much the only thing that I have an issue with is there an engagement specialist if you miss an appointment you need to speak with them before you can book another appointment I understand the reasoning behind it however if you have documentation as to why you could not make it they do not take that in consideration it still considered a flat-out no show they never answer the phone and you have to wait for them to call back before you can make more appointments other than that this is an exceptional place to go
Come to the end first, I sat there for 25 minutes to hear they tried to contact me, when I was contacted before, but number was different now.As I was standing in front of her to sign-in, Casey a receptionist, picked up the phone and started to ask for a camp form for her daughter . So I sat down instead of listening to her business. She took some calls, some told to hold, booked a couple of appointments, as I sat there, I couldn't believe it. When she was done she picked the phone back up and she received and thanked the person on the phone for her camp form. I looked up again waiting for the other receptionist. Then she says are you waiting to check-in. She seen me standing there when she wasn't doing anything before her important camp form in which should be felt with off her work time.
This place is beyond unbelievable. The call from the worker, we were supposed to get, we could not understand or hear. She did not speak good english and mostly said ah ah ah . We ended up getting a new worker and when we met with him he barely knew what to do. We are homeless looking for help filling out applications and pointing us in the right direction. This guy had us Filling out an application for housing which we already did. He made us fill it out anyways, but he did not ask for us to bring in any information and when he asked for my kids Social Security numbers we did not have them on us. When he made a mistake on the application he would scribble it out and re-write it. Very unprofessional. He also told us he was going to send in the application the next day and I had to remind him that he did not have our kids Social Security numbers on there. That was a complete waste of time. We are already on the list for housing in numerous areas and section 8... we needed the next step and he did not know what else to do. I m very disappointed with this company. We had a great worker a few years ago who helped us and knew exactly what she was doing. I don t understand why they would hire someone who does not know what they are doing and seems like they were hired right outside of a rehab center?!
One of the counselors, Cristin P., is discriminatory and has a strong bias. She makes falsified reports that continues to be disproven.
They have group homes that are run by them and allow staff to be unprofessional, teach bad behaviors they are the worst vendor ever
