The receptionist is you gatekeeper. She is also the person who makes sure your business makes money to keep her and others employed. I had the UNFORTUNATE opportunity to speak with your receptionist today, Jennifer. She should be immediately terminated. I was looking for a physican and contacted your office. She told me that there would not be an appointment until Feburary and as I was trying to tell her that would not work for me, she jump into my conversation and did not let me get a word in about what I was next going to ask her. I attempted to tell her to stop and listen and she immediately hung up on me. I called back to inform her that I would be writing a complaint and review and she said I yelled at her!! I am a litigation paralegal. I talk with clients ALL DAY long. If I treated any of our clients the way Jennifer did I would be terminated immediately. I didn't yell at her at all. She was just rude and very unprofessional. If that is a reflexion of your practice, I am VERY GLAD I sought help elsewhere!

Honestly, I was a client for one-on-one counseling for maaaany years. Then I went for the support they compassionately offer. I must say CCC has the friendliest, caring, nonjudgemental staff I've met. My life has done a 360 degree turn. Now, I am an employee! I am one of the Peer staff in Community Health. I love being able to assist others in such a safe, ethical, trauma informed, learning environment. We are such family and we invite you.

Just a heads up Community Counseling Center will not give you your letter for surgery if you have a bill with them thay have me as self pay and they refused to up date my insurance I'm approved for Medicaid when I talked to them and they told me at first that my bill is $50 wich I have no problem with but now they're trying to tell me my bill is $450 even though I been approved for Medicaid since January first so I have no idea what to do now

A fantastic place to go to for help whether you have a small issue or a large one. This facility has a highly trained and skilled staff who look at your whole health picture. There are support groups and peer support. If you need to talk to people who care, this is the place for you!

So far the best place in town.. the one stop shop kinda place where they will help you with everything from counciling to court stuff.. They have it and the knowledgeable staff to share it.. They've helped me where other agencies wouldn't.

A great place to get your mind in the right place. A place where you never have to feel alone. Community Counseling Center helped me realize that my life was worth living. My favorite part about Community Counseling Center is that most of the staff is in recovery so they can relate to you and are always available to talk about whatever your feeling or going through.

Staff seems to actually care about the clients. I've had a lot of great support and lovely, friendly staff members who continue to help me through so much.

Very pleasant experience. Cassandra the Hiv and Aids technician is knowledgeable, professional and honest. I would recommended the Community counseling center to friends, family and anyone in need of counseling or sexual health testing.

I went in today just to talk to somebody, anybody, but they were all booked. I'm feeling suicidal yet again and dont know what to do this time....but I guess that's just how life is gonna be for me. Feeling happy for a little while and then suddenly wanting to die. I'm so tired. So so tired.
