The team at Community Builders did an awesome job on my remodel! From the sales guy to the final touches they made sure I was happy. Even when there were hiccups, they kept me informed and worked fast to find solutions. Highly recommended!

Adrienne with Community Builders did a very nice job of fixing a problem on my guttering. She was courteous and was truly sincere when she offered to do whatever it took to fix the problem.
The install of my windows went as planned, the inside of my home is set at the right temperature, and I can't thank Community Builders enough for everything they've done.If you're looking to replace old windows, I highly recommend Community Builders. Ask for Johnny, he was awesome.
I don't care for their practices. They come through my neighborhood all the time. Rude people! Last week when I answered the door the guy stood there tapping on my siding telling me it needed to be upgraded. Really?! I'm surprised the legitimate company that JUST installed this didn't back over you in my driveway!
This a great company with staff who are easy to work with. Good communication with customers, and they will make sure you are satisfied with the job done.
Had a rep out for an estimate, after telling him what I wanted, economy windows, he spent 90 minutes pretending like what he was selling was what I wanted and then finally at the end tried to sell me on over priced windows that I told him from the very beginning I didn't want. That were twice the price of what I might spend. The rep kept texting and calling me till I had to block his number. Called them recently about the $1495 deal and the lady wouldn't tell me anything about it. Like I am going to go through the previous ordeal, waste of time, and possibly get covid to just find out it only covers one window.
Crystal Brown promised me they would fix they brick they chipped when putting they window and also they chipped they wood as well and fixed that but said they would come back out and fix they brick and also clean up they mess they made in my yard. Also they worked on siding and had a expector guy come out and said some of they siding was loose and they said they would have someone come out and fix that as well and they said they did fix it and I have cameras around my house and they guy that did come out said they never told him about they siding and just works on windows he fixed they window but still promised me about they brick they chipped and loose siding and they said if anyone comes out they are going to charge me for there mistakes they made. So dont trust them when they promise you and I have a witness that was with me when they said that they would come out and fix it.
They charged me 55,000 to put siding on a 1100 sq ft house everything is wrong the windows was measured wrong to little some don't work give them 40,000 and several installers and none of them new what the HELL they was doing so my house looks like HELL THANKS TO I'LL SAVE YOU A LOT OF MONEY
We had gutters installed on our house. The installer was communicative as to the installation date and time. She was very thorough, conscientious and professional with the installation. My grounds were cleared of any material and refuse before she left the property.
I m very pleased with her work, would seek her out for other installations and would recommend her to others as well!
My installer, Todd was super, so dedicated to getting my roof and skirting done , working through the heat of the day and late in the evening, to finish in a short time. The work was very professional.
Excellent service! She did a great job installing our gutters! She was even patient with us when my husband accidentally ran over 1 of the gutters pulling into our yard. Oops! Lol highly recommend!
My house looks like a totally different house due to the recent siding that you all put on. I want to personally thank Sharron for going the extra mile with the financing. Thanks to you all.
Community did a complete bathroom remodel at our home. Best quality, customer service, employees and service. Would recommend CBI for any of your home improvement needs.
My entire process from start to finish has been wonderful . My Installer JT did everything I asked of him. I now have two remolded bathrooms just in time for the holidays. Thank you all so much.
called to get a price on new roof askd8me if I own the house or is a mobile home then asked if I own the land I told her no but I own the house she said I had to own the land before they would do work. This company sucks.
Went to a home and garden show and made a few appointments to get a quote on patio enclosures. The day of the appointment, my wife was sick with the flu. So i was going to meet with the sales rep. Michael from Community Builders showed up at the house to take measurements. Told him what we wanted. He showed me a computer image of what we wanted. He wanted me to take the tablet to my wife and show her. I told him she was sick. He kept insisting I take it to her and show her. I told him wy wife trust my judgment. His whole attitude changed. He showed me the price of $14,000. I told him that was twice as much as Champion quoted me with their discounts. He gave me his card and said call me when I was serious about getting it done. Clancy, the design consultant seemed a little shocked that Michael got up so quickly and headed to the door. He told me there is some wiggle room on the price, but Michael didn't have anything more to say. David from Champion was so much more professional, brought samples and showed how everything went together.
The man that called to follow up on a guttering quote request was insistent that a spouse be present to give a quote. I asked what a spouse has to do with it and he said they want the spouse present. He ended the conversation when I told that only I would be here to accept a quote, that a spouse is not required. Apparently they don't want the business unless they can use a spouse as leverage to make a sale. I don't have a spouse! I'll never contact them again nor will I recommend them.
So I decided to use this company because they were recommended to me by my neighbor. My house is old and windows had never been replaced making it very drafty. New windows look great and are very energy efficient.
Sales person that answered the phone the first time said they would not go all the way to Nowata to give me an estimate on a new roof, gutters, siding repair, paint job, and windows. I said thank you, and moved on to calling other companies. They call me back a week later saying they've changed their mind and would love to come out on Monday around 10 AM to give me the estimate, but that for whatever reason I would have to be there in person (first company to tell me that). I took off work and drove up there. We currently live in Tulsa so it's a good 45 minute drive. Sat there for roughly 45 minutes and a man walked up asking if I was Mr. Payne. Thinking it's the guy from Community Builders, I told him I was, and asked about why he was late. He told me that he was from Sanders Construction (another one of the guys that gave me an estimate), and that he was working on a house two doors down and just saw someone at the house, and knowing it was unoccupied, wanted to make sure it was me. We spoke more about the repairs needed to the house, and he seemed very knowledgeable, clean cut, well mannered, but most of all....he was on time for his job, and still took time to come talk to me. Community Builders never called, never showed up, never e-mailed, voice mailed, snail mailed, sent a carrier pigeon, a fax, NOTHING. What happens if/when YOU no call/ no show for YOUR job? Yeah. Me too! Once burnt, lesson "learnt". I'm thinking they called me back because there was an opening became available and I was better than nothing, then they found something closer and just blew me off. It wasn't a big enough job to put their kid through college or anything, but I'll take my $15,000 worth of business and go somewhere else. I'm sorry to say this because when they called back the first time, I was really excited due to the sound of professionalism over the phone. But now....I wouldn't let these people roof my dog house. And that's a fact, Jack!
The work was done professionally and ahead of schedule. I needed a deep tub that had good back support. CBI had me come to the warehouse when it arrived to assure that it met my needs. It is so comfortable and it looks very nice. It seemed pretty pricey for a manufactured surround, but we were glad it was installed in two days instead of weeks or months.
Community Builders installed windows and siding on my duplex in Tulsa. The installers were prompt and very professional. A squirrel even damaged the siding after they had finished the job and they came back and repaired it free of charge. I highly recommend Community Builders, Inc.
I called to have someone come out to give me a quote, and then the lady told me well we need both home owners,um excuse me that's ridiculous,I stay at home and my husband works,I feel like this is a joke all I needed was a quote and I'd tell my husband. So I'll just go with another company . I have never heard of this and I feel like it's a crappy excuse.
Had windows installed and the installers broke a window and 6 months later it still isn't fixed, no call backs, Nothing! Very poor customer service, I will never use them again!
I have worked for Community Builders for three years. They were extremely helpful and compassionate and helped me improve my whole life! We work hard and we have fun. We face the same challenges and successes as any other company. And I've seen first hand they care about the community.
Community builders Did an amazing job with my father s bathroom. I helped him with the project from Illinois and the entire staff from the estimator to the installer went above and beyond to keep me informed and give him a bath that is safe and beautiful. I would highly recommend community builders to anyone
We had CBI of Tulsa put a new metal roof on and was amazingly pleased at the work and quality they did. Great place, great price and great craftsmanship. We highly recommend CBI! Jerry & Linda Cox
Community Builders installed siding, windows and a roof on our house. The people we dealt with were both profesional, courteous and timely in performing the work. The quality is outstanding as well as the material used. I would highly recommend the company to anyone seeking a remodeling contractor.
I called to ask for a quote on new windows. I was asked if there were other people who owned our home? Weird question I asked her to clarify - she said do you have a spouse. Again, another weird question, I told her yes and she said my spouse would HAVE to be there for them to give me a quote. When I said that wouldn't be able to happen on the day we were talking about getting the quote she said good luck and hung up on me. I will never do business with this company and judging by the other reviews here I am glad I didn't even get a quote!
My mother is in love with her new walk-in tub.I honestly believe that this has been one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. The installer Kerby was amazing to boot.
I was shopping for estimates on new windows. A woman called and said how lucky I was that they could do immediate financing for me if they just checked my credit. I didn't need financing, but okay I guess. So they took my personal information (if I had been thinking clearly and not trying to hurry up and get off the phone since I was at work, I would have told them no thank you) and she calls me back and says my credit isn't quite high enough and I need to make more payments on time. I don't actually need suggestions on personal matters from strangers, but whatever. I tell her that I don't necessarily need financing, and I have the money to pay for it. Will they not still come out and give me an estimate? She says no, they won't. WHAT? What the hell kind of company is this where they'll only come do work for you with financing that they provide? It's obviously some kind of scam company and now they have my social and personal information. Great. Buyer beware. And thanks for wasting my very valuable and limited time, Community Builders.
Sales rep, Reuben, was on time and good at answering my questions. The windows were ready when they said they would be ready. The install crew was great-Ty and his guys-and also on time. They did a good job, were very polite and I felt comfortable having them in my home. The crew cleaned up after themselves and they were so considerate. Questions were answered as they installed. My house is quieter now and it looks so great! I don't want to put up curtains because the windows looks so good. Thank you Community Builders!
Not happy with this company. My husband and had contracted Community Builders to install a sliding glass door in our house. We had a contract written up in NOVEMBER 2016, It is now February 2017 and we still have no door installed. It was supposed to be installed at the end of January, apparently they didn't even order the door until the end of January....and no one has called us to follow up, we have had to track them down. Now that we are telling them we no longer want the door (since they haven't upheld their end of the contract) they are trying to tell us "we have a contract, we will call and make an appointment to install" just because they FINALLY have the door. No! You haven't followed up with us, you didn't install the door when promised....you have lost our business!
Had them to my gutters 4 years ago. they did a real good job. Have had a few repairs in the years since I've had them installed but they have come out and repaired them at no cost every time. Great warranty.
We had windows replaced that were over 50 years old. Great service and very thorough. It was an extremely cold day for the installers. They were so skilled at the job that we didn't even detect any discomfort from the cold air as they replaced the windows. Due to busy schedules, CBI worked with us to give us advance notice of installation date so we could get the job done. No mess, no fuss and really fast. I couldn't believe how beautiful the windows are and so clear! I had to go get close and touch the glass to make sure they were there. Highly recommend them.
I needed to have a few windows replaced in my home. I called to schedule for someone to come out to our home and inspect and quote the cost of replacement windows. The lady asked my name. When she did not find me in the system she said "if you did not buy windows from us in the past WHY ARE YOU CALLING". Really? I guess they do not sell replacement windows.
This is a great company that cares to do the job right. They arrive on time do the job is done professionally and in good time. The quality of and variety of products offered is wonderful and the energy savings are even better! Highly recommend!
Had a sales guy come out and do an estimate. He didn't really look at either bathroom, didn't measure a single window and told me that although they sell and install doors, he suggested that we just go buy one from Lowes and let Lowes install it. He then gave me his card and told me to that I should plan on paying all of my bills on time for a while and then give him a call. (Little does he know that my wife and I have stellar credit and intended to cash out right in the first place) Oh well, their loss. Off to Lowe's I go....
This occured after they pestered me via phone until I agreed to atleast let them come out and to estimates on projects so that I would have an idea how much it would cost to do the various things that we are interested in having done. I certainly got an idea of how to proceed. I will be calling someone else.
No issues with the company in general, have never used them, I'd love to leave a bad review for their contractor Jody Burton and his helper Devon Alverson who unloaded massive amounts of garbage from a bathroom they demolished onto our property. I have photos.
I do not trust them. Sharing to make others aware:
Two men intercepted the kids getting off the bus for Jenks East Intermediate and were handing out flyers and asking the kids for help with their parents personal contact info to "meet their quota". One put my son on the phone with his boss and told him "just go along with it". Our son texted his father/my husband for help when this started, and he arrived before the conversation could go very far. They say the name of the company is Community Builders.
My parents hired this "company" to put an extremely expensive metal roof on their 2400 square foot house. Big mistake! 2 years later and they still have not completed the job. They won't return calls, they won't do what they need to complete the job. Do not deal with this company.
We had a bathroom and 10 windows installed in September. We are so happy with the finished job. The installers were excellent. We considered several other companies and are so glad we chose Community Builders. The design consultant, Nathan, made us comfortable and gave us a great deal. Highly recommended!
I recently hired Community Builders for a Window Project. We have a home that is 50+ years old and still had original windows. We had been talking about getting new windows for some time and finally decided 50 years was old enough. Community builders sent a representative out to our house and the first thing we appreciated is they showed up right on time! The representative that was in our home did a fantastic job educating us on their beautiful windows and we really enjoyed the experience! We also love how affordable the project was with the financing programs they have available.
The crews showed up 5 weeks later and installed out entire house in 1 Day! I couldn t believe how fast and efficient they were being that we have 13 windows. They spent time with me afterwards making sure I was satisfied with entire experience which I also appreciated. We are thrilled with our new windows from Community Builders and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks CBI!!
this company was great to work with. They did a fantastic job, I almost don't want to use my shower and get it dirty it looks so nice. Jack always let me know when they were coming and once got held behind and called to let me know. His assistant" I am bad at remembering names", even helped me put new batteries in my fire alarms.. Throughout the time I was engaged with them the company called me several times to check how I was doing. I recently lost my husband. the workers and their attitude and kindness was great I would trust them to do any job for me. My husband and I shared the same e-mail address and why his name comes up on this. from Carol Hoebing
Worst place ever they will lie to you and Crystal Brown is very rude and hateful. Lie about when they come out and also don't promise you what they finance for you they got in trouble with better business I heard awhile back just becareful they will screw you over big time.
The crew did a great job on the removal of the old bathroom fixtures and installation of the new tub/shower, stool, floor, and vanity. Would use them again.
Great overall experience, my windows look great and there aren't anymore drafts or air leaking in. It did take a little longer than I wanted, but they called me every other week or so to make sure I didn't think they forgot about me. Will definitely use again for upcoming projects.
We had gutters installed by Community Builders a few years back and can't say enough great things about how satisfied we were with this company and their quality of work.
I've never used them, but I am so sick of them going door to door soliciting. They come by my street about once a month offering free quotes. The people themselves are nice, but it's so annoying the company keeps sending them out! They won't give out business cards or anything with their names on it, which is suspicious to me. I finally got the company name and wanted to post my thoughts in hopes they'll stop! Seriously annoying and suspicious they don't even usually have hand out materials!
Siding was done in a timely manner, but after paying the bill in full and the promise of the guttering would be done quickly "you can trust us we've been in business for 35 years" it took several phone calls and over a month, then they knocked over my air compressor and left it causing it to have a leak.
Nathan vice president came out I did give them a 1 star at first because I was not happy that they promised us they would fix they mistakes and they thought everything was fixed but when he came out and realized and saw it was not fixed and he was really nice and told us they will have someone out to fix they mistakes so once they fix everything I plan on giving them a 5 star rating. TY came out and fixed all they mistakes and he did a great job if I could give him 6 stars I would I was so impressed how he fixed everything from the previous person and I want to thank Nathan for having him come out and fix are problems.
