Was in the store the other day looking for a Snell rated helmet and was really pleased with the attention and service you all provided. The guy at the parts desk wasn't able to find the helmet I needed in the size I needed but did his absolute best and exhausted all resources available to him, to help me. Rare to find places that cater to their customers like that!
They performed the work on my motorcycle as I requested and the maintenance personnel are very knowledgeable and friendly when asked a question.
My sales person David Minter was very helpful in helping me purchase my monkey. He kept me up to date and was very quick to respond through text messages. We did most the paperwork over the phone and just had to do a few signatures at the dealer.
In addition David gave me a follow up call a few days later to check how I was doing with my purchase. I expressed interest in purchasing another monkey. They didn t have one but let me
Know I could order one and gave me an ETA. He also let me know that the new hunter cub was in and piqued my interest.
Nice folks big selection don't wait till last min to get you bike in the shop . . . They are very busy . . . We will be using them again.

Purchase my first new 2017 Polaris ATV from Henry in July, great salesperson work with. Dropped machine off for it's first service in the morning and received it back that afternoon. All fluids changed, greased and adjustments made as needed. Staff was very courteous. Will be back again.
I wanted to surprise my husband for his 30th birthday with a dual sport bike (my husband has wanted one since he was 10). I walked in there clueless of what to get and Kyle saved the day. He was super helpful, thoughtful and not even the slightest bit pushy. He was able to answer all my questions and educate me on every dual sport they offer. It's a dealership...if your not waving cash in your hand they might not even notice you....on my last visit I walked around the entire place and was not even acknowleged or even said hello to. I checked out some of the latest rides, accessories and even the parts counter and felt invisible.
The man who spoke with us was really nice to us and our kids. I forgot his name, but thank you for being so sweet.
I recently purchased my 2019 Yamaha Vmax from Commonwealth Powersports. I cannot say enough positives about my experience. I didn't even stop in there with the intentions of buying a bike yet. The staff was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about various bikes that I was inquiring on. I was not pushed towards any particular bike. I was not hounded as I took a few days to think it over. Even once I made up my mind, I was not rushed through the process. Rocky took the time to work with me on finding the right gear. Even though it went past closing time, in no way was I ever rushed to make a decision. After my purchase was complete, Rocky took the time to go through my bike with me showing me various features on the bike. Overall, I would highly recommend Commonwealth Powersports to anyone!!

It's clean, and a great selection on a variety of motorcycles and other recreational vehicles. But the staff seemed like they were just making it until closing. Seemed dead in there.
I like the variety of Powersport vehicles they from motorcycles to jet skis. It was a nice a experience just looking around the store and test fitting on motorcycles.

Got a phone call from my dad to come check out a Vulcan 900 that I would've been interested in, between checking out the bikes and getting everything picked out I was able to ride home onow the bike with and awesome deal. Even had a great experience with the parts guys for helping me get another helmet when I went back in.
