Bought new journey the end of June. Was told the vibration in the wheel was because it had been sitting on the lot (but it arrived with 16 miles, it had almost 400 when I got it). Its been in service 8 times in the past 3 months, and it's still shaking. I was contacted by the dealership about a week ago because Howard the owner wanted to make things right. Almost 4 hours later, test drove another new journey, and the salesman telling me THAT vehicle also was having vibration issues "due to our 60 degree cold weather", and them trying to just make another sell off of me and doing nothing to "make things right", I left out in tears... with my 2 small children. Needless to say, I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Think long and hard before doing business with them.

Just bought a 2017 Charger with help from Paul T. FANTASTIC experience from start to finish. We went knowing what we wanted and we had a price that we knew we had to stick to. We were doubtful it would happen but they went above and beyond to get us in the car I wanted. Excellent customer service from every employee we encountered along the way. We have purchased several new cars and this was by far easiest and most hassle free experience we've had.

Came in at the end of the year (17) to look and had the best experience at any dealership ever! The sales rep, frank Webb is a must ask for. He will do what he can to help you get into the car/truck you want. He is a honest and no bs on any part of the process. He worked magic for us to trade my car to get a truck! Then in finance we talked/signed with tom, and let me tell you! He is another awesome person. Soooo informative and helpeful with every step/question we had. Very impressed with them and will always go to them or tell anyone I know that is looking to go there and ask for mr Webb. Thanks! The Bryant s 2017 Dodge Ram

Receptionist told us to leave. Came to sell company vehicle and had already started talking to sales person when Donna started getting involved and told us to leave... Ended up getting what we came for but will never ever be back and will tell everyone not to go to this place.

Commonwealth Dodge goes over and beyond the call of duty to make sure I'm satisfied particularly, Howard K., the GM, and Taylor in the service department. That makes me feel they value my business. As a woman I appreciate that they have never tried to sell me something my car didn't need-like many other service centers/dealers have tried to do. When I'm having a problem with my car they know exactly what it is and always do great work. They have always been honest with me, and I trust them with my car. I highly recommend them.

I love my new used car. I purchased a 2011 Dodge Journey, and it drives great. I also had the dealership install a DVD player and they provided some wireless headphones along with it. I had some issues with the buttons on the drivers side door but Terry McKinley took care of it. Terry was a huge help. I will always recommend my friends and family to him.

Promised. To fix what was making the service light go on before selling it to us. Got in vehicle a used van and service light eas out till we hit the first bump. Came back on. Would not fix despite warranty. Went through BBB and they finally fixed what was a major issue. During the sales process we had tried to leave but would not give us our keys. NEVER again ... Them or their co -ownred Town and Country.

Taylor seemed knowledgeable and polite but that was the only positive about the experience. Had a simple warranty job to replace my lifters and I had to be the go between EVERYDAY. What should have taken 3 days at the most wound up being me without my car for 10 days. Left messages for Mike the service mngr and never got a call back. If I hadn't been involved EVERYDAY they would have had my car for a month. Oh, and No one ever apologized and they didn't fix my airbag light that only came on after they serviced it. WILL NEVER RETURN

Bought a 2008 Dodge Caliber SRT4 about 2 months ago, it's had absolutely nothing but problems since about 1-2 weeks after I bought it, they worked on it before I bought it and it has lots of issues. I have tried calling the dealership the lady who answers the phone does not know what she is doing and does not know how to transfer calls correctly, I told her I needed to speak with the salesmen and she transferred me to finance center. I emailed the dealership and they've emailed back once and I've kept trying to email them and haven't got any response. Absolutely poor service.

I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. They appraised my car, but wouldn t tell me how much they were willing to give Me for it when i asked. They were still trying to make me put down a down payment and pay $700 a month. They gave me the option to lease the car for $20 for less than how much I ve wouldve been paying to finance it. While i was test driving the car, it ran out of gas so I had to sit on Preston highway waiting in a hot car for someone to being gas. Worse lot I ve ever been to. Before i left the lot the man was suppose to shred my credit application. He left for like 10 mins and after i told him i was interested in another lot, he brought me my credit card application that was suppose to have been shredded a while ago. Throw the whole place away.

Well Monday may 7 I go to outside at 530am to go to work and my 2011 dodge Durango had been stolen. So needless to say my day wasn't starting off very good. Well about 4 hours later I recieved a call from lmpd saying they found it. So I immediately call commonwealth dodge so I could get a new key. The guy on the phone tells me sure bring it in and it should only take about 30mins. So I get my truck towed there and go to the service department to find out they don't even have a key! The dude on the phone tells me to bring it there without even checking if they have one. Who does that? So they call around and say there's one at another dealer. Now if I knew that I would've just went there if he did his job. So there was a problem with getting a pin for the new key which I didn't have a problem with. That was something nobody could have foreseen. So about 430 that day I call and they tell me that they have the pin. So I'm thinking I can pick it up by 5 when they close. Nope! He tells me that the techs are fine for the day. No it's because you still don't have a key! Well the guy on the phone says that it'll be done first thing in the morning around 10. So I hear nothing by 11am Tuesday the 8th . So I call at 1130am sat on hold for 7mins for them to tell me that they still don't have the key. So finally about 230pm they call and say that it's ready. So because of the lazy, incompetent, dishonest service department a job that they told me would only take 30mins turns into almost 2days and $800 off my paycheck. I still have recalls that need to be done on my truck and I will drive to another state before I go to these people ever!

I visited this dealership late 2015 about a listed...

I visited this dealership late 2015 about a listed SRT8 Charger for sale online. Upon arrival I talked to a very courteous salesman. He led us straight to the new SRT8 models. I told him I was looking for a model along the years 2006 - 2008.
The gentleman went inside and when he came out, he told me there was no such thing as a 2007 or 2008 Charger SRT8. They never made an SRT8 model for those years. I cannot make this up folks! This is so embarrassing that my wife was laughing at them when I told her. I shook his hand, thanked him for his time and RAN AWAY TO PREVENT HIM FROM WASTING MY TIME.
Way to go making your customer feel like an ignorant buyer. By the way, I told my brother he had a really rare 2007 Dodge Charger SRT8. According to the dealer, Dodge never made them and he has one!! Derp!
Sorry, never returning nor would I recommend. What a negative experience.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!! Very unprofessional, they will deliberately lie to your face and when you questions, they refuse to give you a straight answer. I witnessed every sales scam imaginable. Coming here has been the biggest mistake of my life.

I don't know what I was thinking 10 months ago when I entered into a sales agreement with these folks. They sure saw my coming. 3 months after I bought it, I took it in for an oil change. I was told the spark plugs need to be changed, that's 18 in this baby, totally $900, what really sucks is being in this damned warranty agreement so I can't do it myself apparently. And you would think, any respectful dealership would have already performed those kind of services before putting it up for sale. I could go on, but it just gets nastier.

Not has happy with them as in the past. Over the years I have bought several used cars... never a problem at all. now i bought another car from them in April; I have had the same problem over and over and over. They do have a loaner car, that they never ever clean but, it's available sometimes. they had my car 2wks ago for several days, couldn't hear the break noise. I get it back I hear it. I take it to them, soon as we go down road and press on brakes. he hears it. It's been a week now and no word as to when they are going to come get the car and fix it. Not returning calls. I may just have to contact the BBB and the Ky General Attorney's office regarding this. I will not go back to them once this is corrected. Worst service and deal i've ever had with them. Soooo Disappointed. Hopefully they read there reviews.

Rick and the team at Commonwealth Dodge worked diligently to obtain a finance loan that was within my budget, easy to maintain, and within the timeframe of preferred payoff date. They gave me a deal of a century and I am now the very thankful and happy owner of a 2014 Jeep Compass! I will definitely be back to Commonwealth Dodge when the time comes to upgrade to a newer vehicle.
