Every experience at Commonwealth is a great one. The sales team are great to work with and their service department is top notch. I was waiting with my dog and one of the gentlemen from the service department brought her out a cup of water to drink. Not only do they care about people at commonwealth they even cared about my dog. Two thumbs up for this dealership!

Shady dealer been working on a purchase only to call this last time to find out they sold the vehicle after I sent my credit and it was approved on Saturday also test drove the vehicle and told them yes I wanted it to finalize the deal on Sunday they said finance would work on it monday only to find out they sold it on Monday morning would not recommend them to anyone they need 0 stars

I don t normally post reviews at all. But Chris, I think that s your name. You re the managers son you truley let me pay the MAX price for a 2015 Dodge Charger SE of all things. You are a dishonest human being and i dont know why I waited until to say something, but you need to re-evaluate your selling techniques and not lie to people. You texted me every day wanting to sell this car but after you did where was the hey man good luck text. So thank you for stretching the truth as you d say.

Quite possibly the least helpful dealership I've b...

Quite possibly the least helpful dealership I've been to. Walking in and being ignored by the entire staff including the person working at the central desk for a solid few minutes until I bothered someone to talk to me about seeing one of their trucks.
Made a call about a week ago and spoke to a Jason about pricing on ordering in a new truck. He asked me to email him the spec sheet of what I'm looking for, and here we are to no answers. Guess they're doing well enough to not be interested in new customers.
Thanks guys. Made that decision easy.

Great service all around. Haven't had a bad experience yet. Service department and sales are very knowledgeable and the GM is really cool guy. The staff really know how to make you feel like family.

Great service. Dropped off vehicle for service. All requested completed in an expediant manner. Vehicle issue resolved. Service staff friendly. Only complaint would be having to go and locate vehicle myself during pickup. Not an issue for myself but others may not be so comfortable going back into the service lot to retrieve a vehicle by themselves.

Five plus stars for Commonwealth Dodge on their customer service and knowledge in the industry. There hasn't been a time that I have been into the dealership that I havent been greeted with open arms and treated fairly. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends! Absolutely, the best service department in town!!!

I would not buy a vehicle from these people they are crooks they tack on all these fees and then when I wanted to cancel the rip off insurance Doug Hooper jumped up in my face screaming these people are unprofessional I talk to who was over Dodge Howard Kearchner and Amy Thomas in Cancellation they are suppose to take care of this and still has not refunded me for this insurance its going on 3mths I will never buy nothing else from them ever I have good credit and the interest rate is so high these people are a rip off and work together to rip everyone off and I think Ally financial works with them do not every buy from these people Im about to call the news media on them

the service department for commonwealth dodge sucks they told me it would only take a few hours for my car to put a radio in they would not return my call and when i uber and paid $20 to get there they told me that it will be the next day so i had to uber back home which was another $20 i also had to change my vacation flight and everything else this place is the worst telling me that it will only take a few hours in order to get my service smh who ever the service manager is need to be fired. if buying a car is anything like there service department i would not do it.

Claimed there was only one code to fix my car when reported to BBB. That was a lie, i was told there was multiple codes and that they just went with the cheapest part, mafs. However i took it to a mechanic and he knew what the problem was by me discribing the issues. A common issue with dodge advegers. He fixed several others before mine same peoblem. I will never take my car to a dealership again. You built the car so you should know how to fix it the 1st time, instead of my trying to bring it back to "discount" the next fix on it.

Bought 2018 Charger in October 2018. Something about this place is not right. Only went there cause had color the same as charger I was currently driving. Will never buy or have vehicle serviced there. Got bad feelings about this. Retired military and can honestly say first and last car ever from this place! Thank God FCA guaranteed they would stand behind their product.Wife and I both Drive Dodge for many years. I buy a new one every 4 years and will continue to do so. BUT NEVER AT COMMONWEALTH!!!!!!!!

Walked in just to look at a 2016 challenger hellcat. Mr. Webb approached me. Was very friendly and open. Gave me the information I wanted. Short amd sweet no salesman jargon. We worked out deals and numbers and we both walked away happy.

Bought a new 21 Ram 1500 Laramie. These guys are AWESOME. They didn't have a truck on the lot that my wife and I wanted. But our salesperson Terrance told us they would get us one there. And let me tell you they delivered on that promise. They found us the truck that we wanted with EVERYTHING on it and more. And we couldn't have even tried to beat the price anywhere else. This is our 2nd truck from commonwealth and I know well be back! Thanks guys for your hard work and dedication to making my wife and I happy.

My 2011 Dodge Charger had 5 recalls, one of which ...

My 2011 Dodge Charger had 5 recalls, one of which was the alternator shorting out....I had this car at Commonwealth Dodge Dealer in December and got all but 1 recall done and that was the alternator "because" they could not yet order the parts.....Well, guess what? Thursday morning while letting my car heat up before heading to work, my alternator shorts out, dead as a doornail.....We pay $75.00 to tow it to Commonwealth Dodge, then we have to pay $117.00 to rent me a car till Monday...now they just called me and said it's fixed, the car will start but the battery is low and they can put one in for $239.00.....so...I argue with the lady and tell her it's because the alternator drained the battery, and that shouldn't be my responsibility... duh!....we go round and round and now I'm waiting for a call from the service manager because I'M NOT HAPPY!! On top of all of this they tell me that when Chrysler can order parts for this recall I will have to bring it back in and they do this all over again>>> What? Huh? Are you serious????????? Had Commonwealth fixed this back in December which is what they should have done, I wouldn't be paying out $192.00 plus the cost of a new battery right now!!!!! We go to pick the car up, stand at the service desk for 30 minutes waiting for paper work to be typed up, one of the service guys almost backs over us twice, no apology whatsoever, My back seats are still laid down in the seat, trunk cover is up, and battery cables are loose. By the way, my husband had the battery they said was bad tested and turned out it was good. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO COMMONWEALTH DODGE AGAIN.....oh and it's been 3 days and I'm still waiting for a call from the service manager which I'm sure I'll never get.... This place doesn't even deserve one star but had to click on it just to post.

I was given a part that didn't fit my car to begin with and wasn't told about it. Then I was told to get another part that would definitely fix the problem. I get the part that I was told to get for my car and it didn't work also. So when I called them back to say the part didn't work like it was suppose to work, I was told that I wouldn't be given my money back because I connected the part and it is an electrical part. If it was the correct part to begin with like the dealership told me I wouldn't be in the predicament I'm in. So be cautious when buying a part from them, even if they tell you its for your car have a mechanic with you and a picture so you know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cody Lee got my car right in for an oil change and tire rotation. Super fast and professional. I had a slight coolant leak and he looked at it for me when other places told me it would be a minimum of $140 just to LOOK AT IT. We got the issue resolved at a reasonable price and i will be coming to this location from now on for my services.

I just bought my first dodge this week. Came into the store just to take pictures and maybe learn alittle bit about the vehicle. The salesmen were very nice even after telling them im just looking. After finding out about the sale and the fantastic warranty i had to leave with a new journey. The credit staff worked very hard to make sure i got the best loan payment. I never write reviews but ive been sooo happy i just had to tell people to come check this place out for your next vehicle.

The salesman we talked with was brand new and while he was very pleasant and accommodating, he had very little knowledge. Then we talked with the sales manager who couldn't even bother to get up off the garbage can he was leaning on and who made no effort to treat us with respect. They had very little inventory and didn't offer to bring in what we were looking for. We left and bought a new truck elsewhere. I would not recommend the..

I went in late yesterday to look at a new Dodge Charger R/T and the salesman was great as well as the secretary at the front desk. I have not purchased a car yet since I am still comparing prices but If you want a great experience where you feel welcomed I really think this is the place to go... I also recommend speaking to the Colonel ( Mr. Sanders) since he really knows how to treat customers.

Would not recommend this Dealership. Bait and switch Dealership. Confirmed price with the salesman on the phone that was posted online before agreeing to credit pull. Pulled credit then quoted a different price taking away the dealership discount and only giving the Employee Pricing Discount. Would not recommend.

(1) Service Expert refused to take my vehicle for ...

(1) Service Expert refused to take my vehicle for minor service of oil change. I explained her that I got an appointment through online & show her the return e-mail of confirmation of appointment on my cell, then she agreed to service my vehicle. According to her, all online communications, like appointments, requests, etc goes to the service manager & manager give it to the service expert. The service manager didn't give my appointment to the service expert. So there was a lack of communication within.
(2) I asked to & charged by service expert for full synthetic oil change. But the technician put the sticker of next service due on windshield for conventional oil change mileage. So there is question of trust. You don't know What do they do to your vehicles behind doors. No Transperency.
(3) I started driving my vehicle, which is less than 2 years old, after the service of oil change, it sounds like driving old truck. So next day I open the hood, I found the lid for engine filter was left open. That was the weird sound coming from.
(4) The next business day I tried to call the service manager about my experience for service of oil changed. His voice mail box was full, so I could not leave the message to him, either.
(5) Most definitely, I will not going to this dealership for any reason, not even for free service at all. If any business refuse to provide the servive or don't provide the proper service, that business don't deserve to get any star or business.

Nice cars, beware of the vultures. The guy roped in to a car he knows full well she can not afford and she has 3 children and he professed being a christian. Made us feel comfortable and then put her into a car that was 300$ more a month than the 1 she had, knowing she was trying to get down from that payment some. I really don't know how he can sleep at night knowing he took the only vehicle a single mother has to get back and forth to work. Like times aren't hard enough all ready and he has to pull her further down and then says I got you. I am so disappointed. They had her in a new car so fast her head spun and was helping her transfer her belongings before she ever said yes and before he told her what the monthly payment was going to be after us asking and asking what the payments were and them saying it's all good we got you. Did not even tell her what the payments were till she was signing the last paperwork that had the price on it. Very disappointed with all of this.AND you tell me why they have to build in a maintenance package on a brand new car? A lease at that. I thought they already take care of all the problems with a lease. None of what happened should be legal.

They still use high pressure sales tactics! Also, I was looking for a 4 wheeldrive SUV and since the one I likedwas way out of my budget and they brought me a "recent trade in!" That wasn't 4 wheeldrive but they tried to sell it as one and asking if I would buy it if they got the monthly payment down to what I was wanting, but didn't give me a price on the Jeep! Getting a price down only means extending the payments longer and costing more because of the interest! But the salesmen were pretty nice, especially the rookie, which is the one that was trying to find me an actual 4 wheeldrive SUV! Lol
