In terms of agreements, making oil collection in their department under the name Refood a disaster. Do not keep their agreements and if you call for an explanation, it is your own fault. Several times they fail to come without warning or they arrive at the door and leave after they put the form (no oil) in the letterbox. They can start working for the parcel service of the post, they also do not ring and leave after supposedly no one was home.
