Comfort Suits Bethlehm Review

I really like this hotel. The location was great with lots of things to do around. The rooms were nice with comfy beds. Everyone that work there greeted you with a smile.

Good breakfast. Nice restaurants nearby. Smells pleasant. No service because I left things in my bed.

Very clean and wonderful service. The staff is wonderful

Nice stop over, near the old Steel plant. In the process of updating the rooms.

Go there to listen to music. My friends, On Fire and always have a good time!!

I stayed here for a week. It s a nice place with friendly staff.

Paper thin walls. I was prompted to write this review right now because I could hear my neighbor peeing, even with my TV on. The room below mine is full of rowdy drunks and their words carry up through the vents. No parking because multiple events scheduled in the restaurant and banquet rooms. Dirty shower tiles. Tl:Dr, great place to contemplate the filthy, base nature of humanity. Step 1 on your journey to super villainy.

I Do not recommend for a place to stay with kids. Very dark in hallways and they obviously only cater to the gamblers from the casino! Alot of shady characters there! Room was clean but wife and kids felt unsafe!

Not bad for few nights stay. Breakfasts were excellent

Breakfast could start earlier. Its starts at 6am. Even when fro t dest knows people are checking out before.

An ok place. Toilet didn't work in one room. Changed to another room and the fan unit was noisy, even when turned off.

This is the most peaceful beautiful hotel. The staff went over and above what I normally expect hotel staff to do.

We book here because it is very close to Lehigh's campus, only a few blocks away. The rooms are fairly priced and clean. They are working on upgrading the rooms so they look nicer than they did a few years ago. Free breakfast is included, which is a nice bonus. The staff is very friendly and there is free parking.

I will stay at Comfort Suites the next time I need to stay overnight. Thank you.

The room I stayed in was spacious and neat. The beds were comfortable and there was a medium sized desk that easily fit my laptop and some papers. The included breakfast was above average (waffles, pastries, bacon, cereal, etc.) During my stay they had to shut off the water throughout the building for some kind of maintenance. It was only off for an hour or so but afterwards the water ran brown for a few minutes.

I have been absolutely TERRIFIED of staying at hotel after a bad experience at one in Hershey, Pa of all places. I check the mattress at EVERY hotel I stay at immediately up arrival for bed bugs and at this last hotel in Hershey, Pa there was in fact a bed bug so we were in the room less than 2 minutes flat, had not brought luggage in or anything and had to leave because I refuse to stay at such places. That night I went right back home, and vowed to never even stay at a hotel again...
Then I heard about Musikfest & the concerts & decided my husband and I would stay overnight in Bethlehem for our Anniversary get away. We have five children and we needed a break.
All I have to say is this...

hands down.
This hotel does not look all that big and fancy from the outside (although it is clean and well taken care of) the inside was absolutely beautiful and the woman who checked us in was super friendly. I regret I did not catch her name, but she made check in a breeze.
We had rode three hours on a motorcycle so we were VERY realized to find the beds were the most comfortable beds we had ever slept in. So soft <3
The only odd thing about the room was that the alarm kept going off like several different times in the night and we had no idea how to get it off or even operate it when we did want to use it...but that was a minor set back. I'm sure if we had asked someone would have helped us but it was late and we decided to let it go.
We will definitely be back to this hotel if we ever return to the area; & from now on if I stay at a hotel I am choosing comfort Inn Suites, :) thanks so much for a wonderful stay

The television didn't work, and no one was available to address the issue. I was informed that it would take an hour. This is less than I expected.

Really fantastic stay. Large screen high def TV with lots of channels. Quality bed and pull out couch. The hotel bar is also pretty nice. Had a bit of trouble finding parking because every room is booked this weekend, but the front desk was helpful in getting me into a spot.

Clean. Comfy bed. Good shower if a little odd shower head placement (very low). Breakfast ok.

The staff ralphy Doris Lamel Rock and the 2 ladies who took care of the breakfast in the morning took care of me like I was family and same with the housekeeping staff it was a very nice place and I felt like I was part of the family and it was wonderful to be there Lamel really went way out of the his way to hook up my roku

Fantastic Location. A short walk from downtown Bethlehem, which after this weekend is one of my favorite places. The interior is nothing to write home about, but the lounge downstairs is nice and the dinner in the hotel is pretty good.

Room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was smaller than most hotel bathrooms.

Stayed here with a group of girls for a bachelorette party, the staff was fabulous and super accommodating to all of our needs. Kourtney was a rock star thanks for all your help!! Location is great, rooms were clean, shuttle was a huge bonus.

The Comfort Suites room i shared with 3 of my friends. There was plenty of space for us in a 6 person room. Everything was clean and well prepared. The staff was kind and friendly. I would stay there again if needed.

Love stopping in here for a drink or karaoke. I don't need to stay over often as I live nearby, but I've always experienced professionalism.

Discount if you are visiting at st lukes hospital. Friendly staff.

We were there for the SteelStacks Improv Comedy Festival. It was a good sized room for the bock price, solid hotel restaurant/bar and ability to buy beer in the lobby. the breakfast was a nice idea but the food wasn't the best. 5 minute drive from the Stacks, main street and casino with a bunch to do.

Great place, great stay ! And the food was fantastic!...I'll be back !

I m very detail oriented and was impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. I appreciated the free shuttle and the 24 hour gym towels and wipes in the gym. So happy with my experience here.

The hotel was in a good location for the stay. Close to Sands Casino. Down the hill from Lehigh University. Great accommodation

Pretty good hotel in Bethlehem area. Nice treadmill. Some items in room are getting dated like AC unit and mattresses for that matter.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast, hot showers. My room had a nice sitting and office area with a desk, which was convenient.

Pretty good hotel. They're suites with sofas and such. There's a bar and restaurant on the first floor. Rooms are clean and nice, but they could use a little modernization. There's a shuttle service too, which is nice. Overall, I'd stay there again, but I wasn't blown away or anything.

I had no idea it would be so clean and nice inside. I will go there for my own personal business and recommend them to friends who come from out of town too.

Okay hotel, but the breakfast was not impressive and the gym was very small and cold

Loved the way the room was set up. I liked the fact that they was a little store to buy snacks. That they had a restaurant inside the hotel. That they even offered room service. That the price of the hotel was reasonable.

About what you expect. Reasonable breakfast, comfortable beds, excellent water pressure in the showers. Good location to both Lehigh and downtown.

The very best location for Lehigh University visitors. The front lobby and dining area is clean. The free breakfast is decent and includes hot items. Room cleanliness, based on several stays, is of inconsistent quality. The hotel is in need of remodeling and modernization in the guest rooms.

Bring a beer to the shower. They have bottle openers.there.
