Terrible! Loud music in other rooms and partiers in the hallway all night while management did nothing...couldn't get a wink of sleep!

Central to Southside Bethlehem with discounts for anyone visiting Lehigh University, Comfort Suites University is by far the most convenient place to stay when visiting Southside Bethlehem. Just book a room waaaaay in advance before any major event for Lehigh alumni or prospective students.

Great location near banana factory and near the casino. Can walk to many awesome restaurants of different ethnicity! $20 night extra for a dog. TV has USB although volume cannot go above a really low level because its restricted. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Good breakfast. I would stay again!

Extremely friendly service and they have always had a room available at the last minute! They accommodate pets for a minor fee, service pets are free. All pet owners are 1st floor rooms. The convenience center has a variety of snacks, beverages, food, etc but is pricey- must also spend $10 to use a card. Some concessions you can have for free- ask! Plenty of spare linens. Beds are amazing and bathrooms are spotless

Overall pleasant experience. The place felt clean and well taken care of, and the staff went above and beyond, everyone I interacted with was very nice, accommodating, and overall friendly. The lounge was a bar at night and a breakfast nook in the morning. The breakfast was a standard continental spread, slightly disappointing, but the waffles were good. The biggest problem I faced were the sheets, which I found to be overly itchy and uncomfortable, but definitely clean. I'd definitely return, if I was back in the area.

Very clean. Mattress was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Very nice people. I would go their again. Highly recommend.

Great place super comfy beds especially the pillows the rooms are spacious with a mini fridge and microwave in each. The entire staff was very nice, especially the bartender we had. We spent some time at the bar and it was a great time!

The hotel staff, services and on-site ammenitites are great. The room furniture and bed could use a refresh but overall greatly enjoyed our stay at this location.

I lived here, literally, when I was house hunting after retiring from the service. The manager was awesome gave us the best rate. The staff became family, always super friendly, professional and loving. Cindy and Lisa in the Hill to Hill made our impromptu meals special. Prices are reasonable, entertainment varies, it's just a great spot.

Great place to have receptions, parties, galas etc. The sales director Agustine is very polite, organized and takes all details into consideration for your event. They also have an amazing decorator, Angie who creates a beautiful hall into whatever you'd like. She does an amazing job.

The rooms as re very nice and the staff is very nice breafest and room due vice is nice every Not ring but the 24 he Coffie. Station is the bomb great access to computers and internet also ,,,,but don't come threw the lobby with bare feet even if it's summer time....lol...lol. The restaurant had wonderful food, coffee 24/7 in the lobby, and friendly, helpful staff. The morning after we checked in, however, we had a couple of issues that caused us to check out early.

Clean lobby, nice facilities, decent rooms. A little dated, but still a nice facility.

It was clean, spacious and very safe. For COVID prevention breakfast was a one person contact staff to give out prepackaged items. Beds and pillows were comfy, no pressure points. We arrived at night. The Christmas lights were beautiful. Looked like a Christmas card with the snow blanketing the town in a peaceful sleep.

Dump. Room was gross and smelled like cigs. Stains on the floor and the sofa. Bathroom ceiling was falling apart. Sheets felt dirty. No in room safe, as required by law. Their so called famous breakfast consisted of frozen eggs and bacon as the only fresh options. Look elsewhere, you will be sorry if you don t.

Nice staff, clean rooms. Parking was frequented by people partying. Excessive trash had to ask two separate times for cleanup. This was a dog walking spot with broken glass.

Clean comfortable rooms with mini refrigerador, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer and free WiFi. Pillows are too thick for me and I woke up with a headache. The room was not ready when I arrived, it was hot and took a long she to cool down with the AC which is very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast is included with an assortment of basic things you would expect, and several coffee choices. Staff is friendly and professional but front desk service is a bit on the slow side. There's a restaurant bar and small fitness room onsite, and parking is convenient.
