Don't go with this company.
Bad agency, bad owner with a HUGE attitude problem.
I just happen to call for information and they answered my call as if she doesn't like to be bothered with questions.
She was cold, rude and snippy with a poor belligerent attitude problem and this was over the phone inquiring about services.
I hate to think how problems are handled with this owner.
No way would I ever recommend her agency to look after my loved one.
There are better agencies out there with a much better class of people, not this one.
I can see owner lacks compassion, professionalism and experience working with the elderly.
I feel sorry for any caregiver or client who has to deal with her uncaring personality if challenged in the event there are problems between workers and clients which is very common in this type of industry.
Beware of the FAKE so-called "positive" reviews posted here or paying a company to boost reviews unfairly.
