This is a relatively new hotel.
I have stayed here twice
the staff is very friendly the beds are so comfortable and breakfasts are good and I have no complaints I really enjoyed it if I'm through here again I will definitely stay.

Slept very well. Beds are very comfortable. This is a new hotel so the pool wasn't ready and phone in room did not work. Still needs checked and finalized before more guests use the rooms.

The bed was comfortable. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was disappointing.

Very nice, clean and new. There only obvious flaw was that they played msnbc in the breakfast area. I told them that very few of their customers were socialist and that the vast majority had jobs and so they would rather watch fox, but it appears local management is politically ignorant.

This hotel was really lovely! It was Beautiful, extremely clean, breakfast onlettes were terrific. Beds and pillows we're so comfortable! Staff was very friendly and courteous! My husband travels a lot for work and will stay here every time he passes through North Platte or works anywhere near it. I may come with him, just to stay in it! Great experience!

It was a great place to rest after a long day of driving. There hot tub and pool were amazing. The beds were comfortable and the contintal breakfast was great. Try the omlets fresh made to order could not beat it.

Our stay was good, we stayed for two nights then came back and stayed three more nights. Pam, Cynthia and Alex were great! They were very accommodating and friendly. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. My biggest complaint is the two lady s that worked in the breakfast area. I have never been treated so rudely at a hotel ever. I don t know their names but both of them made me dread coming down to get breakfast, they acted as if they had a problem getting everyone s food. I apologize that Covid happened and you now have to serve everyone instead of us getting our own food. I asked for a tray to bring food back to our room so we aren t all taking that chance of being exposed and I was told there is one in your room. After looking everywhere I realized she was talking about the little tray that the ice bucket sits on. Both women made me feel so uncomfortable that I almost didn t even go down our last day and just go somewhere else. We got so upset because of their attitudes we were looking for another hotel in the area but nothing beat the price. We will stay there again when we are in town because Pam, Cynthia and Alex made everything else great. We probably will have breakfast somewhere else though.

This is a really nice, new hotel.
Attention to details, including simple things like USB outlets, standard outlets on each side of the bed, curtains that overlap a little bit to actually shut out the light, light switches that make sense so you don't have to guess what light is being controlled.
Heater in the bathroom vent is a nice touch when stepping out of the shower.
Complimentary breakfast was great, including an omelet station in addition to standard waffles and biscuits and gravy.
Bed and pillows were also comfortable and made for a great over night stay. There was a strong Wi-Fi signal and good speed.
A few minor things that could be nicer would be softer towels, soap stations mounted in the shower instead of individually sealed plastic bottles, and a TV menu instead of having to watch it scroll by on channel 2.

Comfortable clean room, small microwave, & refrigerator. Continental breakfast as well.

Customer service was not great. Said they had free breakfast, but breakfast selection was very poor. No milk. No hot food. When asked about why, we got a very rude response. When we checked in our room was poorly maintained and picked up from A prior stay. Refused to give me my $100 deposit back, saying we smoked in the room. Which was NOT true, me and my husband are not smokers.

Great location, pet friendly, competent and professional staff make you feel welcome.

Brand new building. All the good stuff from you'd expect from Comfort just in an updated and modern building.

Newer hotel. Rooms are nice. Pool and hot tub. Free breakfast. Close to food, fun, and the interstate.

Well its brand new but they have problems with who built it! Plug ins dont work plus the thermostat dosen't work at times! I will say that the crew is really friendly and helpful and its clean

We ve had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Clean, comfortable space. Only the bathroom could be a little improved since the water pressure & temperature is pretty low. On the flip side - we did enjoy the pool and a hot tub, during the pandemic that was quite unexpected! Kids loved it. Thank you!

Staff was excellent! Room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful! The pool and hot tub was perfect after a long day of travels! Absolutely wonderful stay!

This is the place I always stop when I'm traveling thru North Platte! It is always squeaky clean which is my first requirement and the staff is really nice. The omelette bar is an awesome touch. I've stayed 4 times now and haven't been disappointed yet

I am a Choice member, so seeing a Comfort Inn 6 minutes from the end of a long cold miserable flight was wonderful. Took me 20 minutes to scrape the ice off of my car, 10 minutes to drive thru the unplowed unsanded ice and slush, but only 8 minutes to get a room and get into the hot tub.

They have a small store where I bought a hot cup of noodles for a late supper. The bed and suite were excellent for the price; everything worked and was comfortable. I missed breakfast because I decided to sleep in and spend another night as the road home was only getting worse; well worth the extra night. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

A new motel near others that have sprung up at the North Platte East exit, but close enough to town to order everything from sushi to pizza for delivery. I will stay here again!

By far the worse place ever stayed. Refrigerator didn t work in are room so three hours of trying to get someone to do something about it we had to switch rooms. Everything looked good till we found no bath plug for the tub. Front desk was no help at ALL.
Finally ran down house keeping and got one. By the way is very helpful and very nice..only reason this got any stars is cause of housekeeping.

The next day come to find out they charged me twice the amount for my room an then charged me again the next day. Three times I got charged. Over $600 I was charged for two nights. Will be reimbursed in a week. A WEEK??? Only took you 30 seconds to pull it from my account Only reason I stayed here is because of a winter storm an wanted to be close to the hospital because my wife is 40+ weeks pregnant. So now here we sit on a weekend with banks closed. I have only a little cash in pocket to eat on. Front desk had no idea how to handle any of these things and I never did see a manager. Never again Comfort inn. Never again.

This was a very nice hotel clean and new.
The staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.
Restaurants are close by.
I would definitely stay here again

Exceptional!! We have stayed in many Comfort Inn Suites across the country. This was the best so far.

My wife and I have "stayed" with Choice locations hundreds of times over the last 20 years. This is one of the nicest rooms we've had. And, Natasha at the front desk REALLY made us feel welcome. A friendly smile and voice makes so much difference!

Wyoming had a green looking hot tub. Not hot and didn't go in. Nebraska new facility in North Platte had hot tub down for repairs. Really-just opened. Grrrrrr.

Great hotel and great service. Looks and feels clean. They have someone that cooks omelets made to order for breakfast too.

New hotel, so very nice accomodations. Had to stay here due to I-80 being shut down for bad weather. Front desk was very helpful, and breakfast was great!

The hotel was overall very nice. The location is slightly inconvenient but not a huge burden. Our room was huge, there was possibly 10 ft between the bed and wall. The service took a while because only one person was checking in several groups.

The hot tub was honestly my favorite part. Our room was absolutely spotless and due to Covid there wasn t a large influx of people so there were no health concerns.

No bathtub! After a long, tiring drive, I like to soak in a hot bathtub. This place has only showers? WHO designed the place?

Great staff, very nice rooms, breakfast had many options including fresh made omlete bar that is made for you. Only reason didn't give a 5 is the water pressure is pretty week. I would definitely stay again!

Very good service, and very clean rooms. Also pet friendly if your traveling with your companion.

Nice place. New. Stayed there last year too. This year with COVID though, you could not dish up your own breakfast. They served it to you. Even if you asked for more, you got the same size helping. Other comfort suites I stayed at are not doing that. They changed the menu so you could just serve yourself.

Awesome staff, nice rooms. We got stuck due to the highway closures and they took great care of us. The staff doing breakfast were on top of their game, friendly and efficient at getting everyone food. We will stay here again if ever stopping in North Platte.

Brand new hotel and everything is spot on perfect. Great hospitality and delicious breakfast for free. Rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. Best night's sleep in my entire road trip this week. Only downfall is the pool and hot tub is not available yet.

Better breakfast than most places during covid. They actually serve a hot breakfast! Rooms are quite spacious and they are neat and clean. Staff are friendly too!

New, clean hotel with spacious rooms. We have 4 kids and it has been hard to find a hotel that will accommodate 6. They had a 2 queen bed suite with a hideaway sofa sleeper. The room was very spacious. Other hotels in this area have a 2 queen suite but no hideaway bed. You have to request a rollaway, and even then you're not guaranteed one. It was up to date and a very comfortable stay. Only downside was we were denied a complimentary water upon arrival after a 13 hour drive, which we have gotten at all other hotels.

Brand new hotel, very clean and in a convenient location since we were traveling east. The breakfast was good, would of liked a bit more hot foods but otherwise a great place. Beds were very comfortable the bathroom very clean and modern.

They had a literal breakfast. Like with a waffle maker and all!!!!!! I didn't get to stay long but I cannot tell it was a wonderful hotel. The only down to that is that it's kinda in the middle of where.

Clean room, bed was really comfortable!! Front desk clerk was a little brisk & not customer friendly!

The hot water was luke warm and cracked tile in the bathroom but the beds were very comfortable.

Had to cancel last minute and they were so gracious about waiving the cancellation fee, even thought it said on the agreement that my free cancellation period was expired. I really appreciate the customer service from them and would book with them in the future if ever back in North Platte!

Brand new hotel with new furniture and fixtures. Just needs to finish it. Pool, first floor rooms not open yet. The door of first room we were given wouldn't lock, but we were given a different room right away.

The hotel is less than a year old, but the construction was of poor quality. Things like carpet that was fraying along the edges, the tub faucet did not fit flush against the wall, etc. Just poor workmanship. Having said that, those things didn't really affect my stay. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. I was able to sleep like a baby (not easy for me in a hotel). I want to say a big thank you to the staff... They wore masks and had plexiglass up at the front desk. Thank you for taking my family's health seriously. I stayed here in late August 2020.

My room was perfect. I forgot to bring makeup remover sheet and they had one in the bathroom . It's a straight line down to the restaurant and walmart and everything is wonderful
