Over the phone we are told that a hot breakfast is included with homemade waffles and all. On arrival we were told that unfortunately due to the current situation the hot lunch is no longer available but muffins and soft bars will be available, I can understand this situation but forget to tell us that it ends at 9:30 am. we didn't have lunch and my wife shunned me every vacation because of that

Modern, clean rooms. Courteous service. And great lunch included. The only small downside is away from downtown on foot.

I am very disappointed with the inn comfort. In Rimouski overload to have the same room on the 1st floor (we are en.moto) but the reception was good. For lunch, we expected a hot lunch. It's more like a continental breakfast with scrambled eggs. In Barhurst the reception was very unpleasant. The receptionist saw that I did not speak English and far from helping me she continued to speak very quickly as I tried to understand. (She gave me the instructions.) Later when I asked for a first floor room she totally refused without wanting to discuss it while there were hardly any guests. (We are on a Monday) (My English-speaking spouse has come in to talk to her but nothing to do, she added that even if he asked for it at the time of booking, it did not mean we would get it. a bad reception). Finished for me the Comfort Inn.

Clean rooms and close to city center make this hotel a safe bet in Rimouski.

Room was reserved for 3. Only had towels for 2 people. Also pull out couch mattress was very poor. Otherwise room was clean and suitable.

We were disturbed all night by a hockey team and the hotel did nothing to compensate for our sleepless night, I had never been disappointed with the comfort inn of Rimouski but here great disappointment ...

I am a regular at Hotel Choice and there is a major problem with this one: Lunch. The hot lunch is away from self service and we make sure to make it a well kept secret. The person in charge hides in the kitchen to play with his cell phone instead of offering it or at least mentioning that it is available. This detail makes sure that I will go elsewhere during my next visit to Rimouski.

Ok overall, but needs some soundproofing .. Super home.

Two night stay from January 13th to 15th. Perfect place and meeting my work needs.

Reason justifying that I will not return: the heavy use of bleach for washing the bedding. Very strong smell of bleach in the room, irritation preventing me from sleeping, red eyes. I finally removed the sheets to use the sleeping bag lying around in my car ...

This place was decent. Originally, we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned since the previous people checked out - but once we let the front desk know, they quickly changed our room to a different one.

The rooms need to be brought up to date and there is no soundproofing; really felt like I was sharing my room with the neighbors. And then the alternative to the included breakfast in times of Covid is a real joke: a tender bar, a yogurt a box of sweet juice and a fruit
The second morning, we apologize: there is no more yogurt or soft bars ... lack of imagination? The place is surrounded by shops where the manager could have refueled rather than apologize ...

Room OK but expensive for the type. musty smell emanating from the air conditioner. Ridiculously small dining room for the room number. we were REQUIRED to eat elsewhere for the morning. Too bad because the lunch was included ... remains to be seen if we will have a reduction (I write that of the Resto lunch and suspense for the rest!) Ok the following: we went straight from the reception desk there were people who was complaining hahahaha a real joke ... Resto Normandin we arrive!

Nice place overall. Room was clean but needed to be aired out. We were on the ground floor which was very convenient as the room had a dedicated spot right outside for our car. The continental breakfast was pretty good, even had fresh Belgian waffles - come early though as breakfast gets busy. Note, there is a Metro right next door so you can grab something to eat.

Well placed in Rimouski with restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean bathroom, small dej not too bad .. the problem is that the sofa bed was not done while the reservation was for 3 people in the room, there were not the bath towels either .. the lack of room for breakfast is incomprehensible, more than 200 people in the hotel and a room could accommodate 20 people .. big lack of organization for this part!

We stayed here for one night with our dog. The dog circulates without prejudice in the hotel and the staff is welcoming and understanding (the dog was chatting on arrival and departure). Several rooms with patio door. Bike path behind the hotel. Coffee available to take home (continental breakfast also included). There is also a dog park 3.5km from the hotel.

A real "breakfast included" farce. The manager refused me a second muffin. Never seen this anywhere else, especially not from a chain motel. The food for the pseudo lunch arrived at 8:30 am after most of the customers had already left. Not strong at all. Go elsewhere.

I was here for work, the gentleman at the front desk, was very knowledgeable about the town. And he spoke English. But in the town of rimouski, it's very hard to find English speaking people.
