Rooms are nice employees are amazing great place to stay

Very polite. But would be nice if they had a little store or something

This place is amazing. It s quiet, comfortable, clean and the employees are very nice and polite.

The staff went out of their way as my dog had an extensive surgery. Mark, Maintenance, brought ice and supplies to help through this emergency. Such an exceptional worker with a big heart that there are no words to describe him. Laundry on site. Staff gave a late checkout and I was late for even with that but there was no pressure. If you want a posh place it may not be the place but if you want kind, dog friendly posh people this is your place. I will be back in July for Gabriel's recheck at 404 Veterinarians.

The staff are very resourceful if your not from the area

Was noisy and the room was expensive for the one night stay of $150.00. I was near one of the wing exits so this may have been the cause.

Very nice place; my work crew and I had the pleasure of staying 2 nights here for work. The gal at the front desk was very nice, professional and highly out going. All our needs were taken care of no questions ask. The room was clean and well taken care. Good comfy beds, outdoor access to our work truck which made staying here a breeze! Will definitely be making home here again in the future.

Very basic. Not suitable for persons with mobility issues: no automatic doors, no elevator, registration difficult for those who can't stand long. Website should emphasize that those with poor mobility need a first floor room. Asked if we could be moved downstairs second night, were told they were sold out, but parking lot had less than a dozen cars

Nice, clean room, great breakfast, however the eating area for the breakfast is very small and very crowded. Housekeeping was on point.

Great hotel, beds are comfy pillows not so much, the receptionist can seem a little rude at first but seems to warm up to people. The location is pretty secluded and doesn't have much to do as a family around. There is a Tims,Wendy's and McDonald's around the corner there is also a metro and Walmart so if you need anything it's close by

The team was so helpful on a last min request on the long weekend. We couldnt have been more happy with everything. Thank you

Friendly staff thanks to Megan who handled all our reservations. Without the pandemic traveling and staying in hotel would be great

Convenient location. The beds we're clean but we're fairly hard and too short (my feet hung off and I'm only 5' 10"). Air conditioner was very loud and the thermostat wasn't working quite properly.

The room has all the amenities (fridge, microwave, tv, storage) but could use some updates and renovations.

The free breakfast offered was better than expected. Quite a bit of selection for the price/night.

The hotel is close to the Davis drive ramp to highway 404, two main roads in Newmarket. The rooms are clean and nice enough for the price. The hotel staff are very helpful.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only thing bother me is sometime key is not working and it is very frustrating when you are tired and don't wanna go down.

I stayed very briefly at the hotel. The room was clean but relatively small. My room was located near the stairs so it wasn't the quietest place to be. Breakfast was offered from 6:00am to 9:00am which was perfect for us and the selection was quite generous (Cereals, scrambled eggs, bacon, muffins, yogourt, waffles, orange juice, coffee, etc...). Would recommend to people looking for an affordable place to stay and who need to stay in Newmarket.

The front desk associate, Anna was the most passive aggressive person I have ever met. Very dirty hotel, very poor customer service.

Doesnt look like the sheets are cleaned often. Washroom was dirty at check in

Upon checking in our card did not work. I went in search of house keeping as I saw many carts in the hallway. I walked across the halls where I finally found someone that told me they could not leave the room they were in. Not very polite at all. We managed to get the front desk to "fix" the card after questioning me why I had 2 children with me. Card barely work our entire stay. We had to continually swipe card.
There was a cold breeze blowing on us contatly on the room we stayed it.
Staff were not very friendly and basically ignored me when I walked around hotel. As a women who works in hospitality..I was shocked in the attitudes.

Staff were lovely. The room had an old smell. The coffee maker had mold in it. There was a dirty sheet on the pull out couch.

Rooms are nice enough but I upset they don't have a 530am breakfast... I work at 6am

The rooms, although clean, smelled of cigarette smoke. There was a hot breakfast that was provided and appreciated.

Updated rooms, super friendly staff, just off the highway with easy access. One downfall is there isn't many places to eat within walking distance.

Great little motel. Honestly the best coffee I have ever had. If I could go back just for that, I would!

We stayed for 2 nights, very nice service, for the price is ok. 50 km drive of downtown Toronto. Nice and basic breakfast.

Fair price . Our room was clean. We had a large group and they handled it with ease. The breakfast was fine . Any of the staff we dealt with was pleasent.

My second stay with our cat. Pet friendly. Decent rooms, decent price.

The beds were small and the room had a smell... But even though they said they had no Queen's they offered us one after we stated we had a baby.

The answer I just read from the owner was complete bs at the very least you should be offering a night on you at a different hotel your business practices there are pathetic even after the guy tried to break into my room and I told the front desk they still gave him another chance not to mention the none stop tail gate parties in the parking lot really uncomfortable and unprofessional

An OK place. Very close to the highway and thus easy for commuting to Toronto. Rates were OK.
