Bad customer service, discussed pricing then never got a proof of the product sent to us for over a week now. Every time we call to ask where it is there is a new problem that they never reached out to us for?? After we told them we were out and werent happy with the service , they called us 3x to try and get the sale and finally sent the proof..

We have been purchasing our yearly calendars, pens etc. from Comda for many, many years and have never had an issue or complaint regarding any of their product. We are in the process of giving our customers their 2021 calendars and they make a point to thank us for the "great" calendars!

We have ordered multiple items from Comda. The calendars are popular because we have the option to order different ones. Our customers really like them and request them. We have also order pens and flashlight key tags. They are popular as well. We are very pleased with Comda.

I have used this company for many years, ordering promotional calendars for my customers. I concur with many of the reviews here, that they keep pushing sales calls when I have told them I'm not interested in being solicited, and that I will call them when I'm ready to order. Also, I'm writing here primarily because their calendar pictures are deteriorating in quality, and I told them that over the phone last year, but this year they're the same... Meaning that the images are doctored to the point of looking plastic or fake, not natural, and the natural beauty is why I bought them in the first place!

I called Comda in a panic when I had waited too long to order some computer cheques. They took my order and I received them sooner than expected! It is great dealing with a company that really hears you when you speak. Thank you, Thank you Comda for getting me out of a big jam! You guys rock!

Just heard of this company for the first time. Received a magazine of what they have to offer, but I am skeptical to contact them due the reviews. Yikes ...I need something within the next month and I will be really annoyed if they give me the run around. I have to think about this one.

Service Tire & Battery, Inc. has been dealing with Comda for a few years. We always order calendars from Comda for our customers. All our customers like them as they have spaces to write things on each day of the week and have stickers to help remind our customers of upcoming events. Comda ships and delivers these calendars just as they say. Will continue to order from Comda.

We've been dealing with Comda for a number of years. They supply our promotional calendars every year and we have been very satisfied with them. They have an incredible selection of calendars and other promotional items. The calendars are always high quality prints and are delivered on time even when I tend to procrastinate in ordering.

Got a sales call today from "Lem" and while telling him that I was not interested in 2017 calendars at this time although I would be interested later in the year, he hangs up on me mid-sentence! Don't call my office several times a week begging for business and then hanging up when I am trying to answer your question! JERK

We've got our giveaway calendars from Comda ever year for many years. it's a nice product and the price is wonderful. the same sales person calls on me every year and she is always very nice. You can tell it's a good company when the same people are there year after year.

What a joke. Order over a month a go still no product. Canceled tonight told them to keep it, if it even was produced. Sent many emails. We had plans for a contest and these guys screwed us up big time. It's not like they are the best and cheapest place it was their ads that caught me hook line and sinker.

This company engages in phone solicitation - a practice which I cannot stand as it wastes so much of my time. When we respectfully asked them to remove us from their list, they gave quite an attitude and hung up on us. Very unprofessional for someone who intruded upon my work day.

I received a phone call from a COMDA Customer Service rep due to the bad review I gave (below). I appreciate the phone call and the apology from their end and I was assured that next time, I would only deal with one customer service rep, and that they would be efficient in the processing of our orders. I appreciate the follow-up and hope you can change my opinion next time we place an order. Looking forward to getting great customer service next time and reviewing your company again with a better review. Previous Review: Worst customer service experience If you love feeling like a number, not a customer, go with COMDA. Our account manager was very helpful but getting the simplest artwork done seemed very difficult of a task for this company. I even sent a customer complaint email, hoping they could resolve the issue and not leave me wanting to post a terrible review for them but unfortunately, all they did is ignore the complaint. I never got an email nor a phone call from their customer service, as promised by the account manager, but I did continue to receive the wrong proofs for artwork files. What should've been a 15 minute process, of confirming the artwork and processing the calendars, took about a month.

Absolutely the slowest when it comes to making and sending product. We put in a small order to test the waters with COMDA before committing to anything significant as we never used them before. Order went in on November 14th....here it is January 17th and it still isn't here. When we contact customer service they don't have any insights as to what the status is (other than in progress). Had one customer service person tell me they had been working overtime since November.....if your over-capacity don't take more orders until you have your lead times down to 14 days or less.... We put an order for the exact same items in with our regular supplier and our regular supplier turned it around in less than 10 days....10 days vs. over 2 months....guess who is going to get the big order...not COMDA.

I'm surprised at all the bashing. We spend a lot with Comda and several good reasons. Their prices are terrific, their service is second to none, and their customer service is excellent. We recently had a small issue with a product and Comda was all over it to make it right. As for those complaining about phone calls this has never been my experience with Comda. We get emails and brochures only. And so what if Comda is calling to generate business, that's what keeps the economy going for goodness sake. Those that complain about something so petty do not belong in business.

We used to do business with them. They would not respect our do not call especially fax during current hours (we work out of the house) and each time we ordered something - they would mess it up. So have asked numerous times for them to stop calling. They told me one time that the requests had to come from my husband and not me even though I could show them over 5 emails he had sent requesting no more contacts. Well Sally with them called this morning. I told her that we have requested numerous times for them to not call us and she laughed and said we still do. I said that they will never get our business again. Her attitude changed and very sarcastically said then we do not need your business and then hung up. Do not do business with this company - they do not respect a customer's wishes

I ve had the pleasure of working with Comda for 11 or 12 years now. They work hard to get me the best price for whatever it is I m looking for. They even phone me when my items go on sale, ( they have the BEST pens) so I can reorder! Always, always, always call Comda first! My sales rep is Alan. I ve asked him to please phone me in the spring and in the fall, because I m a small company and don t need to order every month. He s wonderful! And has let the company know, I m theirs! Don t bug me unnecessarily! Lol

Wish we could leave them less than one star. They constantly harass our business by calling multiple times, they put you on hold if you have to put them on hold, hang up on you mid sentence, call and hang up, and are completely rude when you speak to them.. not sure how that is good for business? Would never purchase from a sales team that treats their customers in such a manner. AWFUL customer service. If you ever place an order with this company, be prepared to be harassed and treated very poorly for years to come. Cannot get them to stop calling.
