The staff was nice and always accommodating, the room was quite dirty.

Great place to stay! They had the most delicious Shrimp & Grits at Midland's- the bar restaurant in the hotel lobby. Beautiful part of town. Lots of great dining. Walking distance to the Colonial Life Arena.

The room makes weird sounds! All these different random sounds throughout our stay. The building is nice lobby is awesome but the rooms don't match the entrance or lobby. Rooms need to be updated. Cleaning staff was nice, BUT they cleaned very poorly. Stayed 4 days 3 nights. Was ready to leave on night 1. Customer service was terrible. Almost unacceptable. There was 1 nice person though. But on a whole, not very accommodating. Also very over priced! Rooms are well below average. You pay for lobby atmosphere I suppose, because you definitely don't get your monies worth in the rooms. Will NOT be staying here again!

Hotel room were dirty... The rooms are small not a good representation of the Marriott brand. I will not spend my money on this hotel again. This hotel need a upgrade ASAP!!!

The event was great but the valet service was very slow. When dropping off the car I waited 20 minutes and had to approach someone. Nobody approached me to see why I was waiting. Dropping it off again I waited 20 minutes before some showed up.

Hotel is extremely nice. Staff are great, Christian on the front desk in particular.

Everything was lovely and beautiful. I had my wedding and reception here. All the employees was very nice to us. Especially Samantha omg she was on time with everything. Thank you everyone we enjoy our stay there. We will b back soon.

Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable... the bar and restaurant amenities are fabulous. Chris, Jules, and Sarah are doing am incredible job of keeping a busy restaurant happy, and you can tell they're having a great time.

The visit was for work a conference the staff was very friendly very helpful service was excellent

Played for the Shaggin' on Main event. This was a first class event!

This is a Motel 6 with extra amenities. The rooms are horrible, but the people were very nice. I was upgraded to a junior suite and I still hated the room. Very old, very run down. They need to tell corporate to invest in this property.

Decent place to stay but the entire property needs an update - remodel.

Awesome staff and food! The facility was very nice and elegant

Way overpriced for what you get. No luggage carts unless you pay. No fridge in the rooms. Just to eat breakfast is $14 per person. Rooms are nice and clean but the halls and elevators feel old and outdated.

Pretty average hotel room convenient being downtown

Marriott is a great four star hotel. The hotel is huge, at 14 floors. There's an in door pool and gym. The hotel is also connected to a parking garage and "The Hub" apartment spaces. Breakfast was good, and the rooms are nice.

Stay here is horrible. The employees steals things out of people rooms. Charleen Puckett you are a lair. I wouldn t stay here anymore. To anyone that does choose to stay here check your room after each time you leave and return!!!!! I m sure that the thief s are watching your every move.

Flashback to the 90's. And not in a good way Came in late ordered food at empty bar. Bad service. Bad food. Needs a major update.

Stopped by a friend at the hub. Parking was easy, beautiful lobby.

I just asked for directions and they were extremely courteous and helpful unlike downtown Sheraton, next time I will stay with you all. Your corporate office is doing something right!

Marriott members won't notice a difference. Platinum member, stayed twice in a 2 week period and both pictures are from 2 separate stays, 2 different rooms, same bad view. At my second stay I asked if I could pay for an upgrade and the staff member replied, "there aren't any". I immediately called Marriott platinum reservations who called the hotel and there were upgrades. Better rooms were also available on the Marriott App.

**Obvious management decision to treat platinum Marriott patrons this way. Bad business.

When you arrive the valet does a great, attentive job and a bell man is ready to assist - "Cue" is great. Front desk has 1 to 2 staffed. Restaurant and bar are good - "Nicole" works hard. Concierge lounge is also good.

The staff was helpful and polite. It's a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. You must try the shrimp and grits. They were the most amazing thing ever.I'll be back because the room was great and the room service was an added bonus that wasn't planned but made the trip just a little better.
