Marriott members won't notice a difference. Platinum member, stayed twice in a 2 week period and both pictures are from 2 separate stays, 2 different rooms, same bad view. At my second stay I asked if I could pay for an upgrade and the staff member replied, "there aren't any". I immediately called Marriott platinum reservations who called the hotel and there were upgrades. Better rooms were also available on the Marriott App.

**Obvious management decision to treat platinum Marriott patrons this way. Bad business.

When you arrive the valet does a great, attentive job and a bell man is ready to assist - "Cue" is great. Front desk has 1 to 2 staffed. Restaurant and bar are good - "Nicole" works hard. Concierge lounge is also good.
