I called the customer service line and spoke with someone named Anthony. He was amazing! He was so patient and willing to explain everything. Nowadays, it's better to sit on a bed of nails than to call ANY customer service line but Anthony made me have faith in humanity. I'm happy I chose Pera and not the other option offered by my employer. Thanks Anthony!

We were treated with kindness and care. All of our questions were answered and we were made to feel important. Wonderful interaction!
been jumping through constant hoops for my refund! i sent in tons of originals, copies, notorized, etc paperwork for them to only change my status to "terminated". i'm not so sure i will ever see a check! making appointment with attorney this week. sadly, i think i will have to force their signature on my check. it used to be a good company
I have been locked out of my account since I was signed up for one. I have tried to reset it online multiple times, but it won't let me and says I have to call. When I call, it says "all lines are busy" and hangs up on me. Am I just supposed to keep calling and calling until someone is not busy? Why don't you have a hold system? Why can't I just reset my password online?
I've been a member of Co PERA for almost 16-years. I'm glad that they can answer questions easily, host group meetings, and have a secure account that is easy to navigate.
Lights left on 24/7. Eye sore in my view of the night sky.
The absolute worst! I ve had all my information for my refund submitted in June & have yet to see any progress! That s totally unacceptable! When you call customer support, they have the worst attitudes, and when you ask to speak to someone higher they explain how they can t transfer you to anybody higher and all they can do is schedule a call back. Not once have I received a call back, and every time I call them back for an update on my status they schedule me with another call back. When I explain to them that, it s been past the 4-6 weeks mark for my refund, I get told we understand, but I ll schedule you a call back. Not to be rude, but the customer support is useless. They don t have answers to anything and don t attempt to seek them.
