Run, run, run far away from Anne Whipple and Keller Williams DTC. I don t normally leave reviews, but the experience my family member had with them was terrible. Find someone else.
I agree with the previous negative reviews. They re just commission focused and forget about customer service.

I am a Realtor at Keller Williams DTC and I came from owning my own brokerage. When I sold my brokerage there was only one real estate company I felt cared about their agents as much I did and it was KW DTC! Pam Kiker the owner of the company and Tony Carnesi the CEO go above and beyond to accommodate their agents and put the agents interests above their own. They are an amazing organization and I wouldn t want to work anywhere else!
Charla Kelly let her clients sell my daughter and myself a home without cleaning it one bit before they left. It was a health hazard due to the tremendous amount of dog feces in the tiny condo yard which they refused to clean up. Damage on counters was hidden. Interior Pet urine damage was hidden. She seems to feel her clients can leave a pig sty and not be responsible for any cleaning at all. They left many items behind and didn t care that we now have to pay to have them removed from the home. She appears to be unethical and only commission focused. I would not recommend this agent for any reason.
Had a great experience with James Bridges and his team at a crazy time in the Denver housing market. He's quick to respond, available at almost any time, and a pleasure to work with. He got us in a house that was within our budget, and at no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable putting offers in. I feel that he looked after our best interests as buyers.
We are relocating to another state and needed to sell our very small and relatively inexpensive home. Pam, Chris and their entire team REPEATEDLY went out of their way to help us. I felt like I was selling a multi million dollar home. I've never found a group of people that work as hard as they do to make their customers feel so important. Pam and Chris thank you so much and please let your entire team know how much we appreciate them.
I ve been trying to buy a home now since 2018. I am hoping to be a first time buyer. In December 2019 I was solicited by the Dixon Group. I went w the Dixon Group bc I didn t know what I was doing, and everyone was pushy-helpful, and their reviews were decent.
It has taken me five months to realize that this company shnookered me. They conned me.
From January 2020 to mid-March 2020 I put an offer on three properties. I am STILL renting. I blame The Dixon Group/Keller Williams for this. I worked w a realtor who worked for them named Derek. I thought he was looking out for me. He wasn t. He just wanted the sale, and I was fresh meat bc I desperate to buy and my lease was about to expire on my rental.
I would like to point out that as a first time buyer, the last thing I would ever want to do is begin my new residence with a remodeling/construction project. I told Derek this repeatedly.
I paid for three home inspections, on three different properties. I don t have a home to show for it.
The first property they wanted to sell me was cute townhome, but w no A/C. I was told this DURING the home inspection.
The second property, the HOA lost it s FHA status and didn t want to renew it. I qualified for an FHA loan. We found this out 3 weeks after I put down my earnest money.
The third property was on the Westside. They should call it the TinyHome Side. The home they wanted to sell me was 825sq. feet. My wardrobe alone is 800sq ft. Bad wiring I would've had to replace. And the place didn t come w a refrigerator. The kitchen was hastily remodeled and the fridge didn t fit. I would have had to put the fridge in a back storage room. Who would buy a home where you have keep your fridge in a storage room? That s crazy. I shouldn't have to settle for a Frankenhouse.
Their financing team was disorganized, and mean to me when it came to the financing. I had to repeatedly send the same information bc the right hand didn t know what the left hand was doing. I went thru two different financing companies who worked w TDG. They absolutely refused to give me credit for my monthly child support and pushed me to file a legal proceeding against my child s father. *smh* They gave me grief about my $2k student loan. It was kinda humiliating now that I think of my experience w them.
Anyhoo, now I get a call once a month from The Dixon Group at (720) ***-3940, during my work hours, soliciting me about a home purchase. Every time they call, I tell them exactly what happened to me, and I use every curse word that I know. I consider The Dixon Group to be thieving liars. I have a 780 credit score, minimal debt, make over $50k, and I M a FIRST TIME BUYER - The Dixon Group and Keller Williams COULD NOT SELL ME A HOME. They just couldn't do it.
This review should describe why they are not capable of selling homes. I was a prime candidate for them. I could ve been a feather in their cap. But no. They shnookered me. They got me. I got conned by The Dixon Group.
This has been the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend this real estate company to anyone. I spoke to the managing broker about issues I had with the real estate agent I was working with and he simply wanted to fight with me and force me to pay commission for signing with the company and not actually buying a house. If you want a good house buying experience don't use this company!
