Beware! I had a deadline for a court filing and service was not complete. The driver didn't make it to the court on time. I paid ahead of time for rush service. I talked to Excel the following day and had them file the documents right away. They refused to give a full refund. Our deadline was not met which has put us in a bind. STAY FAR AWAY EXCEL IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE THAT HAS A DEADLINE!

Worst company to work for never have any work for you make you sit around all day and you never hear from dispatch then every time you do call them they say they are trying to get you something that s a lie DONT waste time and even think about driving for this company all you going to be doing is making gas money every week to run for them the next week and they make money and you go broke. Used them multiple times and they're always prompt. The staff is courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable any time that I call. They're at the top of my list when I need a local delivery.

Placed an order for a pick up and delivery with Andi, all the details were put into place and the order was ready to be picked. I recevied a called 30 minutes later saying the order is cancelled without any explanation. So now I'm left with my package and no delivery service.

As a logistics manager in MN we have customers that require special PU scenarios and Excel went above and beyond! From the beginning quote request to the final BOL Excel was great with communication. They were asked to pick up a trash compactor, bring it back to their facility to be palletized to move LTL back to MN. The packaged arrived in excellent condition. I highly recommend Excel in this area

I QUIT MY JOB HERE AFTER JUST 2 months. The pay is soooooo bad!!! I earned a net of $70 per week. I made no money working here. They pocketed almost all of my earnings and do nothing. They use old technology and terrible software and do everything old school. I now work for rideshare company and have guaranteed income every month and brand new car and good support from managers. This company managers are horrrible!!!! The HR person SHOULD NOT BE DOING HR!!!!

They have NO TRAINING. NO INCENTIVES. NO BENEFITS. NO VEHICLE OFFERING. NO SUPPORT TO HELP US WORKING CLASS.

I contacted Excel Courier at 12:00 pm today for a RUSH pick up in Lewisberry, PA that had to be picked up at 2:20 pm and delivered to Harve de Grace, MD by 5:00 pm. They delivered the job at 4:45 pm and kept me informed throughout the afternoon of the progress. They provided excellent customer service and I highly recommend them!

This is the worst company to work for. They steal 50% of your hard earned money. No steady work. Long drives between clients. Owner is horrible and cheap. Office management is incompetent and horrible to deal with.

Management is very rude and disrespectful! NO RESPECT! STAY AWAY hard working people, they apparently allow the the operational supervisor to come rush and yell profanity at the warehouse workers in front off all the warehouse workers. Horrible experience!

I have worked with Excel Group and Courier logistics for the past 18 years. The courier service group's customer service is amazing. They are professional and have been able to complete the majority of my jobs on time. I highly recommend them.

I worked for this outfit for a few months. Major ripoff. Did not make money , in fact I lost money. Biggest bunch of crooks ever. All about the dispatchers while the drivers get the shafts. They say that you get 50% but it is 50 % of what's left over after they get their cut. Scammers
