This a great place to take your kids. I went there with my granddaughters and they really got into it. It's reasonably priced if you pick the $20 figurines, which are plenty for the kids to paint. The girls that work there are very nice and helpful. It's a unique experience that gives the children an actual object to take home to remember that experience forever.

We were there on a busy day. Service was okay. We didn't get a lot of direction. We were not told to clean our piece, and it was quite dusty. We we're not told of any options, such as stencils, finer brushes, fine tipped glazes. I will stick with the other place we go.

This was the worst color me mine experience I've had in a while. I've been to this location before - and all was well.
This time around a group of us went on a weeknight and the employees were absolutely USELESS. I understand teenagers will work for cheap labor but at least educate them? They sat behind us and talked to each other all night... so I ended up getting paint colors for my table more then they did. They had zero experience with art, and the facility didn't even have a hair dryer to speed up the process.
When a week went by and no one called to tell me if the pieces were ready for pickup, i had to call myself - sure enough they were ready for pickup. When I got there, the order slip was incomplete - it didn't have ANY contact information on it to reach out to me - something the chatty cathies should have made sure of when we were in the studio for THREE hours.
When I got there I asked if the receipt was itemized and the employee looked at me blankly "What's that mean?" You mean to tell me you work in retail, in the mall, and you don't know basic retail concepts?
EDUCATE. YOUR. STAFF.
When I gave one of the pieces to its owner, she immediately said "Aw man mine has green spots on it," ...she only painted in black and white. So now not only does this location's staff not know what the heck they are doing, nor does the facility have basic items to make time more efficient, but now they take zero pride in their patrons work.
I won't be back and i'll make sure anyone interested in pottery painting goes to another location.

We paid 60 dollars for a plate and it wasn t even dipped properly. There s an inch thick gap that spans half of the front of the plate that is just bisque, not dipped. Instead of touching it up or even just dipping it properly, they fired it anyway and thought it was fit to send home. The thing is the glaze is colored usually purple or green so when they dipped they saw this gap in the glaze and did nothing about it. You can t really re fire it since it s a plate it might just crack. So now my project that has my babies feet on it is just ruined. It s now not a functional plate, we cannot use it/wash it because of the exposed bisque. It s just careless and lazy. Please re train your staff on proper dipping techniques to avoid this in the future.

I went there yesterday with my boyfriend, around 4:30pm, thinking to get an hour and a half to paint. The young man working there said we would have to stop at 5:30pm so he can clean up. It seems so strange that you would close half an hour early to clean up an already clean, empty shop. There should be a manager there, these young folk are going to lose you more money. I would have at least tried to be more accommodating. Sheesh

Been here a few times before and had a good time even though their prices are high. Came again today (Saturday) with 6 adult ladies. Two employees were there (both teenage girls) and one simply stated a party was booked so they could not seat us, even though less than half the tables were being used. Our party even offered to separate to different tables, but again we were turned away and told to come back later. It was very aggravating that the employee made absolutely NO attempt to accommodate us and brushed us off. They lost at least $300 today plus future business. Not a good way to run a business.

Horrible experience trying to buy a gift card. The cashier AFTER taking my card and charging me said she did not know how to activate gift cards. I asked for a refund or the gift card I paid for and she stated she could not do either. She wanted to charge me a second time to activate the gift card. I asked for a manager, none was on location. After a few minutes I spoke with a manager over the phone that only wanted to argue and not help. The manager then continued on the phone with the cashier. She then offered to pay for the gift card herself then figure out how to get a refund herself. I was stunned and told her it was not her responsibility to do that. The second cashier came over and asked me to leave claiming the store was not open. Suddenly it isn't open? After taking my money AND helping two other customer in the same time I am there? This is a poorly run business by someone that doesn't seem to care enough to actually be there so someone is in charge.

I went here for my birthday for my 43rd birthday and I absolutely loved it they do need to improve on the space and make it a little bigger and have more options of things to paint but other than that I had a wonderful time and it was awesome

Very nice place and excellent service. My only issue is that if this is an establishment focusing on painting, their brushes need to be replaced with new ones when they no longer do the job, especially small tip ones.
