Terrible company and people. Run from this people they will scan you very quickly.

For some patients such as myself, Recovery is a lifetime of work. Personal responsibility, the admission our life had become unmanageable, and the decision we were willing to do whatever it takes to get better. My time in this program, has given me the chance to live a productive life, and has given me the chance to work with counselors that ACTUALLY CARE. Drucilla from the Pompano clinic was my counselor.
For someone who went from not being able to trust, not being able to get honest with myself, Working with Dru gave me the chance to work with a counselor who truly took pride in her job. More importantly, Drucilla took pride in helping her clients. WE DID THE WORK, BUT SHE DID IT WITH US.
FOREVER will I be greatful for my short time with "my angel on Earth". It's counselors like Drucilla that make Colonial a recovery institution I am proud to have been a part of.
I hope the powers that be, recognize what a blessing employees like Drucilla truly have been. She is the reason I will continue my road on recovery. Thank you Dru for your SELFLESS LOVE

Management in the Corporate Office are so unprofessional and rude. It's like a child day care center with all the babies working there. Everyone is offended by anything and everything, if a fly lands on a cup, they make a big issue about it like it committed a criminal offense. It's time to grow up people.

I'd give 0 stars but then I wouldn't B able2 post. I go 2 a CMG clinic in Richmond VA. I've been there11 years.Yes, way too long. Thru all the problems,trials&tribulations I've seen happen here, this 1 is the worst,well, it affects me the worst. I've smoked pot probably80% of the time I've been there&knew I would lose my regular takehomes bc of it. Why did I know? Because they told us..they Forewarned us..it used 2B u could smoke weed & get up to 6 takehomes per week. But it got changed with a new director..who isn't new at all..just transferred from city2 suburb. I've Always been able2 get takehomes whenever I went out of town. And now, I have chance to make 400$ in 4 days 4hours west from home. I was told No. No takehomes at all for people positive for THC. No takehomes for pot smokers who need to go out of town..it doesn't matter why . That is what I was told by director at that clinic whether its 4 work or funeral or vacation,it is now "company policy" to not give takehomes to those positive for THC. My God, how stupid does the director think I am?? So out of the 50+ clinics there are..I know there's many THC users..so.. ALL those people's cannot go out of town..they are being held captive. Go dose daily, but you can't enjoy anything, or make money out of town. What else bothers me to say the least is they.forewarned THC users that we will lose regular takehomes..so we had chance to stop smoking it& get out of our systems. But they NEVER said ANYTHING about losing right to medicate if you are going out of town. I know I cannot be the 1st person to get denied this..I would think that any1 denied b4 me would of let every1 know..bc that's what I'm doing. So I now very much Believe I've been Lied to by the director at my clinic. Why? idk. There is never a time at that this clinic is run professional. They finally got RN situation under control& they are nice, respectful&quick. But now I have to look for another clinic. I just really feel like the director at Galena&JD Hwy.in Chstrfld,VA doesn't like me..so he denied me..& says it company policy. He doesn't realize how horrible this is 4 me. I could lose my job. My boss knows I take methadone, but made it clear it cannot affect my work...so I'm feeling a way that isn't good. I'm paying 16$ a day to be held captive. ...

I've been a patient here for 3 years now due to losing my insurance, paying almost $700 a month to this company ( which comes to almost $46,000.00 I've paid this company to date ), and I can't even get in contact with a single person at the corporate office. They implemented a new waiting room system recently that now takes about 4 hours to get your medicine every day ( it's daily dosing ), instead of the normal 2 hours it used to take so now we are all losing our jobs due to waiting in line the entire first half of the day since they are only open from 5:30am to 11am weekdays and 6:30am to 9:30am weekends. I alone pay for their president's house and car, yet I can't even get in contact with anyone. It seems to me if they want to keep making billions of dollars a year, they wouldn't jeopardize their patient's jobs. Just a thought.

I go to the clinic in Orlando FL today we were told they will no longer be taking Medicaid... You guys just started taking Medicaid in January... You have left people with balances of $540...I really hope that you guys understand what this is going to do to patients...people that were on the program switched doctors and insurances just to be able to get the help they needed now 2 months are being told that it was basically for nothing...Do you people not see how many of us addicts are dying on the streets from overdosing.. For some people it's hard to get the $16 a day needed to stay clean...we come to you for help to stay clean....I sware this place is all about money.. The only people that care are the councelers and the staff at new seasons and it's a dam shame they have to take the stress and they have to listen to patients like myself cry because we are trying so hard to stay clean while you guys so behind your desk in the office and ignore our phone calls... You should've been at the clinic telling patients about the Medicaid and you should've had to listen to us...

This place is a joke the reason why is that you WILL NOT AND CAN NOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE IN THIS COMPANY TO COMPLAIN IT WENT TO A THIRD PARTY WHERE YOU MUST CALL AN ETHICS LINE.... ANYWAY THEY HAVE A FEW OUTSOLE THAT CARE BUT LIKE MY DIRECTOR HERE IN OCALA--
MISS CHRISTINA PEREZ WHO FLUNKED out of nursing school and has NO BACHELOR'S DEGREE NOT EDUCATION TO HELP OTHERS SHE WAS JUST THERE AT THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME TO GET THE DIRECTOR PROMOTION..... Even when I complain they threaten to throw me out but I know for a fact they cannot do that they know I know that to.... This place is a joke! The counselors over a third of them had no experience or degrees.

The only good thing I can say is that they finally stopped testing for thc after you pass 2 tests at my location but! These people are corrupt as hell. They have planted patients spying on the pats and councilors. they record everything you say and use it against you if you get on their bad side. They just kicked out 15 or so patients from my clinic for no other reason than they couldn't stay clean. I hope the owners of this company gets what he deserves. This company needs a culling from the top, down.

CMG Has such a bad rep when it comes to the way they treat their staff that they are now rebranding themselves as "new season recovery" , reasoning behind this is bc the employee reviews are true that you read on how horrible CMG is. Also Lelia Ruffin-Franks who is the program director at Mobile Metro Treatment is constantly belittling her staff but remains in her position due to black mail on the board . I learned a lot from this company! I now know how a company should not treat their employees. I learned a lot from CMG, I will treat my staff with respect and honesty .
